Palekaiko, meaning paradise, is our 3200+ sq. ft. home away from home situated on over an acre in a gated community. Palekaiko has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, an office and almost 1000 sq. ft. of outdoor living space. On the property, you will enjoy over an acre of what Kona, Hawaii has to offer. There are several fruit and citrus trees spread throughout the property. The views from Palekaiko are spectacular, with over a 180 degree view of downtown Kona and the coastline. The sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking 365 days a year. Enjoy the infinity edge pool as you watch the sunset or grab a float and soak up the Hawaii sun.

Palekaiko is truly a one of a kind home. All three bedrooms have ocean views with an ensuite bathroom and feature Tommy Bahama bedding and other furnishings. The two master bedrooms each have a king size bed, custom natural woven ceilings and corner pocket doors. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the office also has an ottoman than can be converted into a twin bed. .

The kitchen is well appointed, with Thermador appliances and granite counter tops. There is seating for four at the bar and seating for eight at the dining table. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to create a gourmet meal. Coffee pot, blender, toaster, rice cooker and waffle maker are available. The home also features an outdoor kitchen with a DCS 30” BBQ and a fridge, so you can enjoy the sunset while you cook dinner.

The infinity edge pool is amazing. It is a solar heated black bottom salt water pool. Temperature ranges from 80-85 degrees depending on the season. At night, you can light up the pool any color you want with the color changing LED lighting.

The office is great for those that need to get some work done on vacation. A laser printer is provided for guest use as well as an iMac to surf the web or check email. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

For entertainment, there is a 65" TV in the main living room with a BluRay player. And each bedroom has its own TV. There are Apple TV's in the main living room as well as the two master bedrooms, so you can stay caught up on your favorite shows while you relax.

Palekaiko is centrally located in Kona, minutes from the downtown area and a 20 minute drive from the Kona airport. to Kona. There are lots of shops close by; Safeway, Lowe's, Target, Macy's, WalMart and other local grocery stores are within a few minutes away. Costco is about a ...

beautifully designed house where you can be separate or together depending on the mood. Plenty of space for everyone. No clutter but clean modern décor. Very close to shops and cafes. Only downside the best beaches are a 45 minute drive away

What a stunning home with breathtaking views! There were 11 in our party ranging from 15-65. This house accommodated all of us with ease. We had everything we needed for our island trip. It is close to the beaches, shops, farmers markets, and the airport. The only downfall to this home was not having an air conditioner, however, having the pool and outside showers aided in cooling off. The master suites that open to the pool area were amazing, I loved waking up to the view of the ocean every morning! The rain gutter drains were unique and I truly enjoyed watching them when it rained! Justin was available via phone, text, or email and always responded promptly! I cannot say enough about our experience in Hawaii, the memories made, and it started with this home! Thank you Justin for sharing your piece of paradise!

Truly fantastic home! Fantastic open concept great room with modern kitchen and living area. Wide-open indoor / outdoor living with huge sliding doors out to patio. Outdoor kitchen and infinity pool. Two awesome master suites with huge bathrooms! Lots of provided goodies to enjoy the beach like chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. And a truly amazing view of Kona. My family was very impressed with this property. Certainly one of the best we have stayed at on VRBO. And Justin the owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation stay.

Palekaiko is a gorgeous property. Justin and Jill have poured themselves into making this a first class property. Great for families with lots of space. Views as far as you can see. But what stands out is the peace and tranquility that you have while staying at this lovely home. This is why we take vacations! While is would have been nice to walk out to the beach, the views, the private pool, the afternoon Hawaiian showers all made for a wonderful week! Thank you Justin!
