Sometimes photos of homes look better online than in person. For this home it's the opposite - the photos were great but didn't do the home justice. The view from the lanai was spectacular. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the mist float by a dramatic waterfall across a lush valley. We loved the pace of life on the north side of the island and the easy drive to Hanalei. The home is perfectly appointed and immaculate.

Wonderful property with amazing views and a great setup for family time together. Well stocked kitchen and many amenities to make for a relaxing vacation. Easy access to nearby beaches, running / walking trails, markets and restaurants. Short drive to Hanalei, great surfing, snorkeling, hiking and shopping. The owner is super friendly and shared valuable insights for our vacation. We look forward to staying here again.
Stayed a week with family of 5 and enjoyed having an entire house to spread out, multiple baths including outside shower and a well supplied kitchen. Beautiful location, amazing views and location is close to pretty much everything needed! Beach chairs and umbrellas, towels on property which were great to have for the beaches!! Great time and family memories made
Place is beautiful with an amazing view right in the back yard. Property Manager exhibited the spirit of Hawaii by allowing us to have a laid back experience with several amenities. Mahalo!!
Best morning coffee ever. The view from the porch could even make a bad cup taste good! Quiet location. Plenty of space! Who knew couches in the kitchen were a thing? A comfy place to read while the rest of the family played cards at the giant kitchen table, I’m sold! The primary suite was beautiful and spacious. All of the beds were comfortable. We were sad to leave! If we ever visit Princeville again, I’d stay here in a heartbeat.
Such a lovely stay at this property. I didn't expect it to be in a proper neighborhood with that unobstructed view, but it's in a great, easily accessible area. The view from the back deck (as seen in the photos) is worth the price alone. Great communication with the host. I can see how some may have not loved the living room furniture (it's not to everyone's taste), but who cares about the indoor furniture when you can spend your downtime on that deck? More than enough space for our group of 6, with a large kitchen and private bedrooms.
The one resort at the Hanalei resort all within walking distance with multiple restaurants and bars was great. We were worried about the upstairs which was warm during the day but cooled down once the sun went down
The home was the perfect place to stay before our wedding at Hanalei Bay Resort right down the street! We’d definitely love to come back.
We loved this property— fabulous view! Even tho we were in a neighborhood, the house felt private & secluded. Communication with owner & property manager. There was one minor repair needed & manager took care of it same day within hours. We enjoyed many hours on the deck, but not enough. We will come back.
I can't say enough about how magical this place is. Close to to the amazing beaches, shopping, hiking, snorkling, and restaraunts. We loved sitting on the back porch for sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails. Amenities and pictures capture it!
Kitchen and lanai were very good. Surfboards and beach chairs were used by us every day. Easy access to a 120V outlet for charging EV was useful.A few things that weren't so great:There are not many comfortable places to sit. The furniture in the main rooms is interesting to look at but not very comfortable to use.Hanalei Bay Resort is not a good neighbor. They wont let you cross their property to get to the beach which means you have to walk half an hour to get to the beach that's only 1/4 mile away. Also, there is a fair amount of road traffic in front of the house because it is the access to the resort. If you open the windows of the house in that direction the road noise may wake you up while you are trying to sleep.These things did not keep us from having a great time, but are probably enough to keep us from coming back
We had an awesome stay here - very spacious and beautifully appointed. Magnificent views and convenient location - close walk to Hanalei Bay resort where there is a great coffee shop and restaurants (Happy Talk Lounge and Pizza Place). Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great, the furniture unique, and the view was stunning. It was in a nice, clean neighborhood and was mostly peaceful until the roosters started crowing. The only issue we had was minor. We’ve never stayed in a property that didn’t have soap for the shower. There was soap for the bathroom sink, but only one of the pumps would work. We don’t usually travel with soap and shampoo anymore because virtually everyone provides something. We just had to make a run to get some the next day. The bed was comfortable. The many vented windows and fans made it comfortable temperature wise. I could have spent both days just sitting on the back lanai staring at the view and the beautiful foliage. Would stay here again and would recommend.
We only spent four nights here but loved every minute. The location was fantastic with easy access to gorgeous beaches. The house was well set up and recently renovated. We holidayed with two families and there was plenty of space for everyone. Highlights were the amazing views from the back porch across the mountains and access to snorkelling gear which allowed us to see turtles at nearby Hideaway beach! The host provided some really useful information which we were really grateful for.

This house was amazing outside and in! Brand new kitchen and upstairs bathroom were beautiful. The views from the back deck are unimaginable. Great communication with the owner and so helpful with recommendations. Location was great for all things on the north side. Loved it and hope to come back!
The view from the back of this property is amazing! The house is spacious and fit our family if 9 with room to spare. The owner was responsive and helpful with tips for the island and things to do. Having the beach supplies made our days even better! Would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. It was very comfortable and roomy with a nice yard and a spectacular view from the back deck. We could not have asked for a better stay!!
We stayed at the house for a full month and loved every second of it! Location....Location... Location! You can walk to some of the beaches but we spent a lot of time at Hanalei Bay Beach which is about a 15 minute drive (less without traffic) We also loved the back patio - the view is gorgeous!
If you want a clean house in the best area of Kauai (in my opinion), with an unbelievable view with very sufficient amenities, this is your house!
Inquire about the costs of golf/pickleball at the local club before you come. We wish knew more because we would have brought our golf clubs and racquets.
