The location is really well-placed. We watched several amazing sunsets out the back door. The beach supplies and sports equipment in the unit that were very useful during our stay. The kitchen had all the utensils I needed for making food for the family.

We had a great stay, the location was perfect with views of the ocean and whales from the patio. It was a very quiet area of town away from all the chaos of the big resorts. I would highly recommend this place to others.
We had a great 17 day stay in this condo. The corner location with views out to the ocean is lovely, probably the best location of all the condos Beautiful sunsets on the beach, whales and turtles swimming off shore.Condo was comfortable with everything we needed. The A/C and washer / dryer were a big plus especially for a longer stay.We would definitely return!

We had the best getaway! Couldn't have asked for more (but we don't require a lot) and simply cannot wait to return! The keikis had a blast!!

This is a wonderful unit at a lovely resort. The kitchen was super well stocked and we enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. comfortable bed, clean towels, linens etc. would definitely stay here again!
The location of this property was great! Great view, next to the pool and hot tub, close to Safeway. The property was very clean and nicely updated. We loved being able to walk right out to the grass, would definitely stay here again.

This condo is in the best location in our opinion, ocean views and next to the pool. We bbq’d at the pool area a few nights and it was perfect. The condo is cozy and we really enjoyed the extra amenities- beach toys, chairs, umbrella and cooler. We didn’t have AC when we visited but we used the extra fans they provided and it was alright. Only issue is the sliding door doesn’t fit in the pin so you can’t leave it cracked at all. There were a few things missing upon arrival like trash bags but we purchased them and were promptly reimbursed. Would stay again in the future!

The property was conveniently on the first floor. You walk out the sliding glass door into a local park that runs from your door to the beach. With a walk of 100 yards, I watched every sunset on the beach. You're right next to the pool for a swim. The pool closes at 9 pm and they clear the people out so it's pretty quiet after that. The instructions left by the owner had a few errors but nothing serious. The sliding door lock for keeping the door cracked does not work. It was apparently replaced and the new one does not rotate into the hoe in the door frame. You are either open and in the room or locked and closed with no air flow. The windows in the bedroom have shutters that are not really meant to be moved so you have no air flow through that room either. The TV in the bedroom comes on but it fails to connect properly with the cable box it was stuck in a loop where it claimed to be initiating.. It would have been nice but I didn't really go to Maui to watch TV. The name of the wifi didn't match what it said in the book but it was a close enough variant that I sorted it right out. The place has an air conditioner but no controllers were left so you cannot cool off your bedroom. It was winter so it was a lot warmer than home but not hot. I would have needed that air conditioner to sleep in the summer. The owner has conveniently located upright fans around the condo and they were what we needed to get by. Everything was clean when we arrived. It was nice to have the laundry in the condo for beach towels. Traffic in Kehei can be quite bad so being on the north end of town was good for seeing the rest of the island. You save a good half hour in getting out of town compared to Wailea. Plenty of opportunities for food within a mile of the place and that includes the Safeway to buy groceries. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
Stella's unit is in a great location on the property and an easily accessible location in Kihei. We had everything we needed to enjoy multiple beach outings and appreciated that the unit was on the lower level. We hope to return to this property again

Our stay at Stella’s condo was above and beyond our expectations. The condo is perfectly located right across from the beach and within eyeshot of the pool which was perfect for us with our son. The unit is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and serving utensils and everything is very clean and tidy. The unit also comes with a variety of items for the beach and the lanai was perfect for morning coffees and watching the sunset. Stella was lovely to communicate with and we truly enjoyed our relaxing vacation in Kihei.
Location is perfect. Corner unit overlooking beautiful lawn with short walk to the beach. The unit had not been cleaned when we checked in. Had to call the owner. Turned out the cleaning service lost some staff and was running behind — a post pandemic problem we have all experienced. The owner offered us a couple of drinks and appetizers at a nearby bar while we waited for the cleaning service to get done.
We stayed for a week in this unit and we loved it. We are a family with 2 kids (4 and 1 year old) and we enjoyed a lot having breakfast and dinner viewing the sea… the views are amazing and they could play in the ground!! The location of the unit is perfect for enjoying the island. Lot of things to do. The resort is great (bbq, pool…). We think that the unit has the best location in the resort. The unit was very clean. It has all the amenities to stay for a week (kitchen utensils etc) and also to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, beach toys etc). We hadn’t any issues with ants etc so the pest control worked great. The a/c also was perfect. We did not need an a/c, it was great with the fans and breeze. We were so happy in this unit. It has been a wonderful holidays. We highly recommend this unit. Thanks Stella and team.
Listing details are accurate. Very nice view out in the lanai and steps away from the beach. The property area was perfect for us since it’s in easily accessible to all the different cities.
If this place is available for your stay in Maui, just book it, it’s a no-brainer! We are a family of four who stayed there for almost a week and it was ideal to explore all the amazing beaches in South Maui. It was also perfect for short trips to Haleakalā volcano, the lava fields, Paia and the Road to Hana. You’ll be right next to the pool (quiet hours will start at 9 p.m. so if you have toddlers who sleeps early, you might want to have a white noise of some sorts for them to fall asleep) and a direct access to a beach right in front of you. If ever we are lucky enough to go back to Maui, we’ll book again for sure!

It was very pleasant to stay at this property! Stella and the team thought of everything and we even could use beach chairs and a ball. Beds were very comfortable. Would always come back
