Across the street from one of Maui's most beautiful beaches. Perfect for families. Relax on the lanai (patio) and feel the cool island breeze as you gaze over turquoise waters. Take a short walk to the beach to relax, swim, snorkel, read, and soak up the sun and views. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, towels and a cooler; everything you need for the beach. Or enjoy one of our 3 pools, 3 tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, or 6 outdoor gas barbecues. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. On the top floor in building 2, providing the best view without street noise. You will appreciate all of the amenities you would have at home including a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the condo, TV, internet, wifi and telephone with free calls to the mainland US and Canada. New ductless air conditioning system keeps the entire condo comfortably cool in warm summer months. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the loft bedroom has 2 twin beds (upon request they can be put together to make a king), and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Just a short stroll up the beach will take you to Charley Young Cove where you can take surfing lessons or rent surfboards, paddleboards, or kayaks. Enjoy world class snorkeling and diving at local places like Ulua Beach, Five Caves, and Turtle Town. At the nearby Kihei boat ramp you can hop on a boat for exciting snorkel or SCUBA trips, sightseeing, or whale watch cruises (December – March). Take the short drive to Wailea where you will find some of Maui's best golf courses, shopping, and great nightlife. If you don't want to eat out every night, local markets offer fresh island meats, fish, and produce so you can cook a delicious meal at home. If you do feel like going out to eat, you will not have to go far to find dining ranging from 5 star restaurants to fast food....

We visit Kihei every year and this was our first time bringing our kids with us and this condo knocked it out of the park! It was updated, nice, great location, everything you could ask for! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

*I had to go back & abbreviate this review because my original was too long! This condo unit helped make family’s 1st trip to Maui amazing. Unit is as tidy as can be & updates make it easy to clean. Had everything needed to keep it clean for a week+ stay (vacuum, broom, cleansers. Dishwasher & IN-UNIT washing machine/dryer, A/C worked perfectly. “Strong” setting on A/C units would cool rooms quickly. Lots of good ceiling fans. BOTH FULL bathrooms updated & clean. Furniture & all 3 beds clean, newer, comfy. Didn’t use bed in the sofa, but firmness & velvety cover of the sofa were wonderful. All linens & various pillows in great shape & very comfy. Kitchen was thoughtfully & thoroughly stocked. Had all things needed for cooking, grilling, picnics. Grills were newer Weber & worked perfectly. All beach gear in good shape & super useful; chairs, umbrellas, cooler bag, 4-5 boogie boards, beach towels. Closest beach, Charley Young Beach, had good boogie boarding, saw turtles from rocks, nice mix of tourists & locals, heard snorkeling was good, fun at sunset. We only snorkeled at Olowalu (oldest coral reef in main Hawaiian islands?), it was so clear & beautiful! During week+ stay, only heard faint construction nearby 1x. Parking was always easy. Recommendations in “Welcome” binder led to exceptional meals & experiences. Amenities nearby were walkable; food, gear, gas, dining. "On Island Representative" reached out about forgotten retainer and stuffed toy before we landed in CA!
