The condo was very dirty and we had to vacuum and mop floors so we could walk and not end up with feet and socks being black with dirt.With no air conditioning we had to leave all windows and most doors open and the road noise was terrible.There were a number of things that need to be fixed before guests arrive and not have to deal with them on their vacation.
First. The view. Second. Cleanest property grounds. Third. The beds. Omg. Best. Sleeps. Ever. OVERALL: 7 minutes away from any beach. Kahana/S Turns 7 minute walk. Napili bay/Kaanapali 7 minute walk. Warm pool. Sea turtles, whales and rainbows every morning with our coffee. No a/c but the trade winds throughout the condo are great if you keep screens open. Lots of fans.
We spent a magical week on Maui, with this beautiful condo as our home-away-from-home. We chose to stay out of the hustle- bustle of Ka’anapali resort area but we were about 7 min drive when we wanted to shop or go to a different beach. Just down the road from Kapalua, we could enjoy golf and amazing restaurants. Quiet dinners in, lazy mornings overlooking the ocean and the joy of whale watching (late March). We will be back!
Over all, it was a positive experience. There were a few things needing attention, and they were dealt with promptly. Quiet, beautiful views, reasonable cost, good location, nice pool with grills for guests.
Everything was perfect with our stay. The space was clean and spacious. The sunset views were stunning. We would be happy to return anytime.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and it is a great location. It's very close to the best beaches and across the street from a convenience store, a cool brewery, a great coffee shop and a sports bar with good pizza, pasta & sandwiches. The sunsets are epic, with unrestricted views and it's so awesome to be this close to the ocean. One thing that impressed us is that they deep clean the pool, BBQ's and every square inch of the pool deck every single morning. Even on Easter Sunday. The only thing that we were slightly bummed about is that it was more difficult than expected to access the beach directly. We knew from the description that the usable beach was a short walk down the shoreline but the neighboring property has posted "no trespassing" signage and fencing to discourage people from crossing their grounds to get there. We chose to instead walk down the road to the public access point. There might have been a better way but we weren't too concerned, as Napili & Kapalua beaches are just a 5 minute drive and are two of the best beaches in the world.
We would definitely return.
Overall our stay was great. The condo was comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and had an amazing view. The residents in the building were quiet, as well as the pool and surrounding area. Very nice convenience store nearby… as well as a great swimming beach, a short walk away.
Amazing views. Laundry machines in unit were very helpful. Plenty of space and was quiet at night. No air conditioning so place was rather warm although there were a ton of fans. Overall a good stay.
Our stay was great! Quiet place overall, we used one of the three BBQ's available, pool was cleaned often, our place was clean and had chairs, snorkel gear, plenty of beach towels to take to the beach which was very helpful.
The VIEW and balcony was our whole family's favorite part of the place, though...ocean view with the best sunsets...

This condo is the perfect location for a Maui vacation. The space is large, clean, and well-appointed with all of the necessities. Check in/out procedures are a breeze. The facility has a great pool with grills for cooking. Beaches are within east walking distance. What more do you need?

Although the unit was updated, the condo building was very old. Could not open sliding glass door in Master bedroom or windows in back bedroom. The listing says it has no AC but beware it is HOT. And with the doors and windows open it is very loud.
Otherwise is a nice unit, fully stocked kitchen and the location and view are wonderful

We enjoyed our stay-especially watching the whales on the lanai with morning coffee and evening cocktails. It is a quiet,safe feeling area that included underground parking. Would definitely stay here again.

One cannot get away from the million dollar ocean view from our third floor balcony which we awoke to every morning. We could whale watch and sip our morning coffees, and if we wanted to, could spend the whole day, whale watching, then enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening.
We could get past the older sofa and chairs and the lack of AC, and a few other inconveniences, but what struck us the most was the overall lack of cleanliness. This was evident right from the front door screen which was dusty, to the floor and table fans and the bathroom ceiling fans which were dusty and oily, to chocolate chips and popcorn kernels on the floor under the TV, items under the bed and bedside tables, to the dirty area under the sink where the garbage is stored, and the dirty patio door track which made the door hard to slide. We did ask for someone to service the fans and got prompt action, but it appears that these items were in this state long before we arrived. The head of the broom stowed in the kitchen was grey with dirt. Over our stay we had to do considerable cleaning and feel that we left the unit much cleaner than we found it.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The views were amazing! We spent quite a bit of time chilling on the spacious lanai spotting whales. The location is great, not too far from Lahaina and great snorkeling spots. Condo is within walking distance of a great low-key restaurant called the Beach Shack Bar and Grill, as well as a great coffee place called Hawaiian Coffee Village.
Emmett, the property manager, was super-responsive.
The condo was roomy enough for 4 adults and had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we had was the mattress on the bed in the front bedroom being very soft and uncomfortable, but it could just have been because we’re used to sleeping on firm mattresses at home.
Public parking at the nearby beaches is very hard to come by during the busy holiday season, so I’d suggest getting there early (before 9.00am). We snorkeled a few of the local snorkeling spots - Black Rock was hands-down the best.
My family (2 elementary kids) and spouse loved this condo. The location was perfect - we saw several whales every morning. The space was clean and the ability to wash clothes was a nice bonus. Boogie boards, beach chair and umbrella were included.
The condo itself was nice and met our needs but the location was not quite what we had hoped. It IS ocean front but there isn’t a usable beach so you have to walk down to the neighboring resort or just drive to the more popular beaches which is what we ended up doing. We had to clean one of the bathroom showers as their were some stains and a red substance in one of the tubs. The property manager was very apologetic and offered to come clean it but it was easier for us to just take care of it. The grills at the pool were a life savor and allowed us to cook several meals that honestly were better food than some of the restaurants we ate at and saved a lot of money vs. eating out every meal. The kitchen is well stocked with the exception of a baking sheet which would have been nice. Overall the condo met our needs and we enjoyed our stay, just could have been a little better. Will probably look for a different option in the future.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was spacious and fit our needs well. The balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was wonderful. It was also helpful to have two full bathrooms and two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The ease of having a washer and dryer in the unit was essential. The ceiling fans provided the right amount of breeze. We would stay here again if we came back to Maui
Basically the unit was fine. Older furnishings need refreshing. Definitely not newly renovated. Oven door came off into our hands, Reported to mgmt they did not come out to fix it. Fell off twice more before we left. There are much nicer units in the same complex
Sadly first night. Roaches in kitchen. Lots of them had to store food in refrigerator. Told manager. Did nothing. We bought our on traps. When we left investation. TV had parental controls on. Couldnt get off. So no regular TV. Elevator broke. Was fixed in 24 hours
.
Overall we had a good time, however, there was no air conditioning which made it difficult to sleep. Maui is humid and you need air. The air flow from the lanai itself was not enough. We also noticed there are cockroaches, that is not something we are mused to at all, so it was disturbing.
The condo itself was nice enough, but we wouldn’t stay here again due to those two issues. The location is nice and we did see turtles swimming in the ocean nearby. Again, the air conditioning and cockroaches were a problem for us.
