Our stay at Maui Kamaole B114 condo was located in a beautiful quiet community. We found the condo perfectly comfortable, and well supplied. Jodi the property manager was very professional and nice at the same time. Our stay was a great experience.

Property was clean. Bed was weirdly soft. I read a previous review, and it was absolutely accurate about the mattress. The property has many, many, many rules-can’t laugh, no being a kid in the pool, can’t raise your voice outside, etc, etc, etc. Lots of extra fees and deposits, so be sure to read before agreeing. There was a man code/rule enforcing pool and property rules on premises. I witnessed him watching people from behind a bush waiting for them to “break the rules.” Not sure if we would stay at that property again.

Jodi’s property is within walking distance to almost everything you could want. Multiple beaches, restaurants, shops and it’s direct across from the pool making it very convenient! Be sure to hit up Foodland for your groceries (in the back there’s a poke assortment). She had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and easy. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We didn’t use all the gear, but it’s available. I highly recommend Maui Reef Adventures for their whale watching tour.

This is a very nice property. My cousin and I stayed here for a week, recovering from the Honolulu marathon. It was our first time in Maui. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay! The unit was clean, well-equipped and in a beautiful setting. The lanai was perfect for meals. Literally a 30 second walk to the large pool and a 5 minute walk to Kamaole 3 beach - perfect for snorkelling, some body surfing and swimming. The park at the beach allowed nightly sunset viewing. There are no boogie boards or snorkel gear in the unit but these are easily rented down the street. Great beach chairs and a cooler available. Even though the temperatures were high during our stay (30 +) we found we did not need to use the AC units as there were overhead fans, extra fans in the closet if needed, and a great breeze if the doors to the patio were opened and the screen left in place to allow a through breeze. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was most helpful.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a great place to stay! Very clean, everything provided you would need, and felt like a home away from home! We loved having the beach supplies to use, the bed was so comfortable, and we really enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning. No issues at all, Overall great experience!
