We just completed one of the best family gatherings we have ever experienced. Our family included grandparents, parents and children ranging in age from 6 to 11. There were 10 of us. The check in process was very smooth with Christian meeting us at the house and walking through the house to ensure we were aware of all its features. There was a delightful welcome basket awaiting us! We all enjoyed the pool, the golf course, the exercise room, the foosball machine and the beautiful view. It was in a great location! I recommend it highly and would definitely go back

The house is beautiful with plenty of space for 6 people. Awesome view and beautiful pool and backyard. Also Chris was really great. He showed us around and annoy questions we had. If we had a question during our stay he was easy to get in touch with and always helped us out. Absolutely a Five Star Vacation. Thank you very much

The house is amazing - perfect for our family of 10! Very well stocked from kitchen to laundry and bathroom supplies. I would say that the only negative is beach access due to limited public parking, but we made it work.
This was our first big family vacation in years and everyone thought it was the best!!!

The Summit house was just what we needed for our family of ten. Ample room for all. Communication excellent for all our needs. The welcome basket was a special treat. Wish we could live together there forever! There is no way we could have been soo comfortable renting separate condos. Game room and weight rooms were used by all and appreciated.

If you’re looking for a home to rent while visiting Maui this home has everything you will want. It’s very beautiful and comfortable. If you’re looking to cook while on vacation, this kitchen has everything you will need and more. Our family consisted of ten adults and with the five bedrooms it was perfect. The pool area was breathtaking.
Scott and Thomas was there if we needed anything and made check in very simple.
Hopefully we can return to Maui and we will definitely rent this house again if available.

The house was very nice in its layout & in a great location. It worked well with our 4 couples. First of all the company never responded to an email of basic questions regarding what supplies came with the house. The video that’s forwarded to you is from 2018 and shows a coin operated washer & dryer. The property manager didn’t meet us at the property like he said he would to go over everything. Pool & spa were both cloudy & hadn’t been serviced in a while. The house wasn’t very clean. In fairness seems common in Hawaii. No kitchen towels. (He brought some a few days later) The house hasn’t been maintained very well. There’s a stair railing that’s pulled from the wall at the top of the stairs amongst other things. We called Thomas the manager about the pool & it took 3 days before someone showed up.7 days later the pool was green with algae & cloudy again. We couldn’t get some of the bedroom Tv’s to work. The frig leaks. The bath off the gym doesn’t have a lock on the side door which opens to the backside of a golf course. Didn’t feel comfortable showering without a lock. The ice maker stopped working, Thomas came to look at it, he took the front cover off & left it with all the screws on the floor when he left. We gave him a list of things that need to be repaired at this home. One that’s a real issue if you like the ocean breezes is that there are several missing screens. We could not find a flyswatter at the house or anywhere nearby. If you stay here bring one with you.

The house had five bedrooms which accommodated my group very well. views of the ocean were great and a short walk to the beach. We ate in- all meals and the kitchen was large enough to handle all the chefs!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Summit Residence and are already planning when we can book it again. The house is absolutely stunning and so spacious. We loved having the pool and hot tub after a day at the beach, the kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals, and it's walking distance (or a 2 min drive) to the beach or the hotels nearby if you want a meal out. Thomas was such an excellent property manager and gave us some great recommendations like going to the local fish market to get fresh fish which we bbq'd at the house for tacos. I honestly have nothing negative to say and part of me wants to keep the house a secret so it's not booked up the next time we go back. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to visit again!

My 50th birthday gift to myself was to share one of mine and my husband’s favorites places with our parents, our children, and grandchildren. So it was our treat to bring them to Maui!! Due to the devastation on the island, our planned vacation was iffy as the resort we were staying at was cancelling reservations during our travel dates. Needless to say, I was losing hope and nearly cancelled our trip. One week before our travel date, I miraculously stumbled upon Summit Residence after weeks of searching for a place that would accommodate our family of 10 adults and infants. If this doesn’t make you believe in miracles and a reminder that what’s meant to be will always be, Summit Residence did!! Instead of splitting our family up into two villas, we were now all under one roof!! And what a treat it was! The house was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved spending time in the pool together, enjoying the hot tub while we watched the sunset, grilling on the lanai, and all the extras like the pack n’ plays, beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and the fun game room! I learned how to play pool, and my 81 y/o father kicked all of our butts - talk about a pool shark! This home turned my frown upside down! I didn’t miss having to run down early in the morning to put our towels out on the lounge chairs! Steve and Thomas took excellent care of us. They only had one rule - “Have a great time!” Turned out to be the best family vacation I could’ve ever imagined!!
