Please look at the diagram of the condo online for exact layout, but the condo is approx. 1240 sq. feet, with two huge balconies. ALL FLOORING IS FAUX WOOD and MARBLE, NO CARPET. There is a KING SIZE BED in the master bedroom, one queen bed (new deluxe memory foam mattress) plus one twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a new luxury queen sofa bed in the living room. The website refers to it as a 3 bedrm, insisting anything with a bed, even a sofa bed must be called a bedroom!

We also have a Pack n’ play BABY CRIB (bring your own baby sheets) and strollers available for your use. As well as 2 rollaway cots available if needed (please notify owner in advance if needed). All rooms have NEW TOTAL BLACKOUT CURTAINS. There are 2 full bathrooms with JETTED TUB/SHOWER in the master bathroom and LARGE WALK-IN SHOWER in the guest bathroom. Large flat screen TV in living rm, smaller flat screen TV's in bedrms. CD, DVD player, VCR, boogie boards, desk and Piano. Modern NEWLY REMODELED FULL KITCHEN with marble countertops/ bar, and new stainless steel appliances. Dine on your private lanai overlooking the ocean/ beautiful sunsets while watching nightly Hawaiian conch blowing/ torch lighting ceremony, serenaded by Hawaiian music/ hula show. View fabulous weekly fireworks show over the lagoon directly from your balcony. Walkway ramp from the hotel lobby leads directly to the lagoon (for your use) and famous Waikiki beach! This is the ILIKAI HOTEL TOWER, we are directly adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel, so you have all the activities, restaurants, shops, etc. available at the Hilton as well as the Ilikai. (paddle board, surfing, surf lessons, catamaran sailing, etc) . The Ilikai Hotel is home to several good restaurants, as well as DOZENS OF OTHER RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS in and around the Ilikai, including hair salon, business ...

Overall, we very much enjoyed our 4-night stay. Was it perfect - no, but I’m not fussy so all was good. The wives in our 2 couples are a little more discerning though and had some concerns. Main ones being the condition of the drapes in the master bedroom and the ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. Both need to be replaced. Overall appearance of the condo would have been very impressive 20-30 years ago, not so much now. View from lanais were great and hotel location was very convenient for groceries and walking to lagoon and ocean beach. Hotel has enough elevators and was never a problem getting to/from the room.

The size and location of the property are great. The overall condition was less than satisfactory. The property is in run down condition, many things are damaged or shabby. The floors in the bathroom were dirty, especially the grout and corners. The master bathroom bath tub was dirty, the shower curtain has mold on it and the jets on the spa tub were filthy, black with dirt or mold. The closet in the master bath was full of owners junk as was half of the closed in the master bedroom. I have photos of all of these statements. I was on a business trip and most of my schedule was booked or I wiuykd have sought alternative accommodations.

My guests and I enjoyed our stay at this condo unit located at the Ilikai. The unit was situated in a perfect location. There were plenty of amenities. Close to shops and restaurants, and the view was unmatched (as promised) especially the panoramic ocean view. The AC unit in the main room, however, failed (error code EP) on the fourth day of our stay, but that was a minor inconvenience. We used the fan on the AC unit and on the ceiling to help circulate the air. Overall, very satisfied with our stay at this condo unit!!

Tub didn’t drain was full of dirty water broken lamp broken glass on window broken microwave moulding caulking around toilet and tub broken cieling light shower in 2nd bath leaked moulding in both tubs and cost $ 800 a day

Great Location. Panoramic view of beaches and marina. Two bedrooms used by four adults. The three kids needed to sleep in the living room which worked out well.
