Please look at the diagram of the condo online for exact layout, but the condo is approx. 1240 sq. feet, with two huge balconies. ALL FLOORING IS FAUX WOOD and MARBLE, NO CARPET. There is a KING SIZE BED in the master bedroom, one QUEEN bed (new deluxe memory foam mattress) plus one TWIN bed in the guest bedroom, and a new luxury QUEEN commercial sofa bed in the living room. The website refers to the living room as a 3rd bedroom, insisting anything with a bed, even a sofa bed must be called a bedroom! It is really a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a large living room with a commercial grade queen sofa bed and dining area.
We also have a Pack n’ play BABY TRAVEL CRIB (bring your own baby sheets) and stroller available for your use at your own risk. As well as 2 rollaway cots available for a fee if needed (please notify owner in advance if needed, so you can rent from lobby office). All rooms have NEW TOTAL BLACKOUT CURTAINS. There are 2 full bathrooms with JETTED TUB/SHOWER in the master bathroom and LARGE WALK-IN SHOWER in the guest bathroom. Large flat screen TV in living rm, smaller flat screen TV's in bedrms. CD, DVD player, VCR, boogie boards, desk and Piano. Modern NEWLY REMODELED FULL KITCHEN with marbled quartz countertops/ bar, and new stainless steel appliances, glass top stove.. Dine on your private lanai overlooking the ocean/ beautiful sunsets while watching nightly Hawaiian conch blowing/ torch lighting ceremony, serenaded by Hawaiian music/ hula show. View fabulous weekly fireworks show over the lagoon directly from your balcony. Walkway ramp from the hotel lobby leads directly to the lagoon (for your use) and famous Waikiki beach! You will be on the sand in approx. 50 yards! Tennis courts nearby.

Great location - condo view is great of ocean and Friday fireworks were spectacular . Photos make it look bigger than it is but overall was just great

We had a great stay but the condo needs to be updated. The view and balconies are amazing and when we were there most time was spent out there.

It was a great!! The only problem I had was that the room was listed as a 3 bedroom when it is in fact a 2 bedroom, so we had to purchase a 3rd bedroom in the hotel. But otherwise, great view, great spot. Yeah it’s a bit outdated with the patio doors and master bathroom tub, but that is no reason to not stay here. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond. Me and my group would stay here again :)

This was a fantastic condo on the edge of the ocean. A great place for family to gather, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was an easy drive to other parts of the island. I recommend a stay at this condo!

The views are as spectacular as the pictures. The location is a fantastic starting point for anything you want to do on Oahu! It’s definitely cozy but it had everything we needed except coffee filters but there are so many stores around you should be able to find anything you need. The bathrooms could use some love at some point but overall everything was fine. We weren’t “home” enough to mind any of the minor things that could use some updating. The check-in/out process was super easy and we really enjoyed our stay here! I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Oahu!
