Mana Kai 501 A is a superior unit There are incredible beach, ocean, island, crater, and mountain views from your own private beachfront lanai. Stunningly remodeled and A/C and magnificent ocean views from all rooms. Our apartment is continually updated and has all modern furnishings and appliances. Counter-tops are Premium granite, and there is custom bamboo cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has elegant tile work with etched glass shower dividers. The ocean, islands, and mountain/volcano views must be seen to be believed. The furniture was chosen with ultra-comfort in mind.
We offer complimentary WiFi, a Smart flat-screen TV with Chromecast, and a fully equipped kitchen including specialty items such as a Vitamix, Instapot, cappuccino and espresso maker, rice cooker, blender, and smoothie maker, in addition to standard kitchen equipment.
The Mana Kai Resort boasts the ocean-front gourmet 5 Palms Restaurant, an outstanding sushi bar with extended daily happy hours, an activity desk, and ocean equipment rental. Zack’s Deli and gift shop is on the ground floor. There is a business center, fitness center, and Iyengar yoga lessons daily overlooking the ocean.

The beautiful grounds are extensive, with lounges around the pool and under the palms in the lawn areas. There is also a private BBQ area for Mana Kai guests.
See how far you can walk the beach by going to 'Google Earth'. Then 'fly to' 2960 South Kihei Rd, Kihei, Maui. The beach walk passes private homes and estates, not big hotels. The beach extends almost a mile to the Wailea resorts, shopping, and restaurants, and the ocean boardwalk extends another mile and a half towards Makena.

We always have the best time at Mana Kai.. the views and location are top notch. This time was no different. This unit is spectacular!! End unit with incredible finishes… clean and updated! Our only complaint which I didn’t even factor in because it’s not really in the unit owners control, was the amount of renovating going on with the building. The Jack hammers are constant!! Although it’ll be nice when it’s done, not so pleasant currently. Be sure to enjoy your weekends as the quiet time is priceless.

Visited Maui for our mother and daughter annual vacation. We’ve stay at the Mana Kai in the past, but have never stayed in such a nice unit. It was comfortable and WOW…..the view was fabulous. The unit has everything you need. Thank you Liz and Jay for sharing you beautiful place with us. We’ll be back!

The property has been lovingly maintained by the same family for almost 50 years. Their personal touches and attention to detail provide for an excellent vacation on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Spectacular snorkeling right out the fron door!

We loved our vacation time at Mana Kai and have committed to return! The unit was well stocked and although we didn’t use the many items provided, including chairs, an umbrella, children’s sand toys etc. they were certainly available. Probably due to the time of year we were there, we were fortunate that the balcony was shaded all day. It was just heaven! There are renovations occurring on the main level, but they were not at all intrusive and will only add further to the appeal of this complex.

This place was AMAZING! The owners have truly thought of everything. The bed was super comfortable and waking up to the sound of the waves was absolutely perfect. The kitchen, bathroom and sitting area were very well-appointed and the resort is sitting on the perfect stretch of beach. It is the perfect location for long walks on the beach and for swimming in the ocean. We stayed for 9 days and everything was great. The only weird thing was that we were supposed to be contacted by the management team for one room cleaning but we never heard from them. When I called, they were only available on the day before we checked out to bring fresh linens. Thank goodness there are laundry facilities on each floor where you can wash/dry a load for $3/load. Overall, this was my most favorite vacation of all time and I would love to come back to the Mana Kai.
