Great property for a big family. This unit is well appointed with 2 queen beds in the second bedroom plus a very comfortable pull out couch. Nice corner view of the ocean and situated right next to one of the pools. The place was clean and walkable to the beach.
We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and I can honestly say this was the nicest one we've ever stayed in. The location, the views, the decor. All amazing
We loved our time at this condo. It is very compatible for a family of 4 with 2 littles. Beautiful views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything you need for a beach vacation. 4 stars because the downstairs bathroom could use some upgrades and two of three tvs didn’t work but otherwise a great place!

This property was perfect for my family. The views were amazing and the location was perfect! There was plenty of space for myself, my husband, and my 2 teenage sons. The kitchen was well stocked. And there was plenty of beach accessories available for our use. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Maui! Thank you!
Great property and conveniently located
This is an obsoletely beautiful unit in the lovely Bay Villas community. Every window looks out on the ocean. Nice short walk to two different beaches with great swimming and snorkeling. We loved having the costal trail right next door and the pool just below us.
Our visit was not without maintenance issues however. When we checked in we did not have full AC, hot water, or Wifi. I was able to fix the Wifi by finding the unplugged modem. The hot water was fixed early the next morning by a very friendly maintenance technician who just needed to reset the breaker.
The AC was not addressed during our visit even after an email and two calls to the friendly office staff. Also, the water heater breaker tripped again overnight of our last day so we woke up to not hot water the day we were leaving. It appears they have installed a new hot water heater that is pulling to much power for the breaker.
As disappointing as the maintenance issues were, the quality of the unit and the great location made this an excellent place for us to enjoy the Maui portion of our vacation. The west shore has so much to offer and the Kapalua Bay Villas are a great high end location to enjoy Maui.
Great place to vacation with tennis courts, swimming pool, and ocean within short distance. Clean and modern villa. Highly recommend
