Very great condo right on the ocean watched sea turtles from our room!Was also out of town almost, very qyuiet and lovely setting
We just returned from Maui a few days ago & absolutely loved this condo & would stay here again. It was even better than the pictures & the view was AMAZING! It wasn't whale season, but we could see turtles from the lanai & enjoyed watching them. The condo is located in a quiet area, but centralized to most of the island, which made it easy to explore everywhere. The only thing that was lacking was a nice beach close by. There is a beach that you can walk to at the end of the street, but when we went to check it out it was more of a locals beach & not very clean. You can walk to the Ocean Center, shops, & a couple of restaurants/Starbucks in a few minutes. It is the windy side of the island & we were able to open up all the windows & it cooled down the condo nicely. There is also a little fan in the bedroom that worked great to keep it cool. It was very clean, but could always use a bit of a deep cleaning like baseboards & corners; however I doubt most housekeeping do that sort of thing. It was very well stocked & had everything you need in the kitchen to cook with. There were seasonings, oil, a few paper plates, roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher, & washing machine detergent. I loved that it had a washer & dryer. There were bath, hand, kitchen & beach towels, & washcloths. 2 beach chairs, umbrella, & 2 ice chests. Fridge had an ice maker. Would have been nice to have a couple ice packs for the ice chests & a boogie board to use. Would definitely recommend.

We spent eight nights here and loved it! Great central location on the island, all necessities close by, nestled in a quiet part of the bay. Absolutely beautiful views and very-well equipped.
Everything as advertised, and in the pictures! But 20 worth of non slip tape in the shower would help us old people feel safer! Otherwise a homerun!,
The unit was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The view was incredible and we enjoyed having our coffee each morning on the lanai. We saw several whales from our room. We would definitely stay here again.
Condo is on a quiet street and close to a public beach and wharf. Location is fairly central to the island for visiting tourist attractions. It is also near the airport and unfortunately you can hear planes coming into land over the building. Roosters are annoying in the morning! Voices really carry when people are in the pool and hot tub. The grounds are well kept. You can view whales from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances in good working order. The place could use a deep clean.
Rental is equipped with everything needed for our stay.We would walk to ocean through the small gate and watched green turtles which came to shore in the evenings.Location was the best, easily drivable to all places around Maui.View best and even though you don’t have direct acces to the beach thru the gate from the pool area the nearest beach was 5 mins walk from the property,Would love to stay again at this property in the future.
Condo has e arching we needed, was close to both the south and north towns, as well as the road Hāna. Had a nice pool and hot tub as well as a great place to grill outside. There is no beach at this location but there is a public beach just down the road. If you are looking for a walk out beach attached to the property this is not for you. The wife and I didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo other than to sleep, we were on the go all week so this was a perfect location between.
This condo was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of tourists & shops (what we wanted). Beach was just out front. A little windy on that side. But it was a good location for exploring east Maui. It was clean with amenities.
Sand on living room floor. Bed unmade and sheets still wet in the dryer. Arrived at 9pm and after long day of travel
not thrilled with that! Everything else was great.
Condo has great view, but rest of unit needs some tlc. Both locks on front door very sticky, hard to open. On day 3 deadbolt lock would not open, had to have locksmith come out. Sliding door on patio very hard to open and close, needs to be serviced. The old tiny
A/C unit does not cool the bedroom, kind of hard to sleep at night. Most days of our stay were between 84 to 86 degrees. The sheets, blankets and pillows are nearing the end of their life cycle.
The only water filter was in the red upon arrival the owner did nothing!

Great view and location. Sadly the screens on the windows were broken and letting in bugs. We would find them in the bedroom and living room. Also the air conditioning system is in the living room so the cooler air doesn’t reach the bedroom.
It was all very good! 100%!!!
There was a small issue with check in, simple mistake but was made great by property manager and cleaning crew. Very happy, great property. Would highly recommend.

Great location, away from the people and car/motorcycle noise. Beautiful view of the water. We loved sitting out on the balcony, enjoying some wine and listening to the waves.
My fiancée and I stayed here for 4 days and we really enjoyed the place. The view is amazing and you will never get tired of it looking at it any time of the day. The place was super clean, check in instructions were clear and easy, and everything you need from cleaning supplies to beach chairs are provided. Super awesome place and host seemed thoughtful because of everything that was provided. Highly recommend!
Overall the condo perfectly met my needs. It was well stocked and clean. It could use a little deep cleaning, but so can my house.
The AC kept the condo cool enough for March temperatures, but in summer it might be difficult to cool the entire unit comfortably for some people.
The location was ideal for me and the excursions I had planned. It was easy to drive into Kihei and Paia for meals, shopping and to start the Road to Hana trip or the drive to Haleakala summit. A few of my favorite places to eat were Kihei Cafe, Paia Fish Market, Three’s Bar and Grill, Seascapes there in Maalaea Harbor, Monkeypod, Kihei Food trucks, Huli Huli Chicken at Koki Beach, Moose McGillicuddy's and Hana Farms.
The real star of this condo is the view. It is absolutely amazing. During whale season you can see whales breaching and smacking their fins on the water all throughout the harbor. Be sure to bring binoculars and definitely plan to do the whale tour with PackWhale Foundation in Maalaea Harbor.
We had an amazing week staying in this beautiful condo. The location was very central and easy to reach from the airport. Walking access to many amenities and the ocean center. The host Michelle is very helpful and responsive to any questions. Looking forward to returning.
Great property on the harbor. Came to see the whales at Maui and they did not disappoint. Loved watching them in the harbor. Condo is walking distance to whale and snorkeling tours, aquarium, restaurants, and shops. The central location on the island is perfect. It is a quiet area but close to everything. The condo was well equipped and had beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and towels. Lovely condo and owners just a text away.
This condo worked for what we needed. We loved the location and took the short drive to Kihei/Wailea many many times. The condo itself has been updated and the view of Haleakala to the east and Maalaea Bay was gorgeous off our private balcony. Unfortunately, the condo needed a thorough deep clean. There was significant amount of dirt on the walls and the cabinet faces and cabinets themselves were filthy. We didn't notice at first, but it seemed as though between guests they only do a brief, surface clean.
Overall, we did enjoy this condo, the view, and the updates that have been done to it; although would have appreciated it being slightly cleaner

The condo was quiet and plenty of room for two people. The lanai had a great view of the water and had plenty of space. The pool was nice as well. The owner was very responsive when we had a broken hair dryer, which was dealt with the sane day. The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which is a small unit in the main room. It is an old unit and doesn't really help with the bedroom...on hot days, it could be a bit uncomfortable. Overall, however, i would highly recommend this condo for a nice Maui stay.

Perfectly clean unit! Just like the pictures, lovely view from the balcony, updated decor! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking appliances (coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, etc).
The bed was comfortable (pullout couch not so much!).
AC unit worked, but was struggling a bit and very loud. We ended up keeping the curtains closed for the afternoons and whenever we were out of the condo to help keep it cooler.
Location is wonderful! Quiet area with a dead end street. The condo units do not have a beach, it is all rock, except for a small sand stretch surrounded by rocks where the sea turtles come to the beach at night. This was really cool to see, at least 15 turtles came up every night to rest there.
Condo is within a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous public beach, Haycraft Park, that was so nice, huge, and not a bunch of people. Also a 5 minute walk to the Maui Aquarium, which was great for our last day.
Pool and hot tub are small but clean...but a heads up for those with kids. The hours are from 9AM to 9PM, and no jumping, no games, etc allowed in the pool at all.
Would absolutely stay here again!
