Aloha! Welcome to Paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii!

Our condo is located in the beautiful "The Sea Village" condo complex (unit 3216). We also own the 1 bedroom condo (unit 3217) right beside (VRBO # 1197944). This 2 bedroom condo over looks the pacific ocean with breathtaking views, & incredible sunsets from the comfort of your own lanai. A perfect place to sit back, relax, & enjoy every minute of your vacation.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It has been completely renovated. It is a definite MUST SEE! Attention to detail has been made to every aspect of the design, and construction. The condo is very bright, with a lovely breeze that flows in from the ocean. It is impeccably maintained and extremely clean. The condo has 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full bath ensuite with a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, with an accessible full bathroom. The condo is also very kid friendly.

From the condo you can watch dolphins playing, whales migrating, and fish jumping. For those looking for more adventure...you can swim & snorkel right off the rocks seen from the lanai.

The condo grounds are meticulously maintained. The pool & jacuzzi sit behind a sea wall, just feet from the ocean. The BBQ's and picnic tables are perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning sunsets while preparing your meals.

The condo is conveniently located. Only minutes away from the town of Kona, 8 miles south of the airport, and close to many stunning beaches, and golf courses.

Topics to note:

1) Construction:
As with all buildings & towns - construction/maintenance is inevitable at certain times throughout the year. Construction/maintenance at the Sea Village complex or areas surrounding the condo is beyond our control. We do not offer refunds, relocations, or discounts for construction. If there is excessive noise beyond normal working hours (typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays), we will attempt to contact the construction site manager regarding working hours.

2) Bugs:
Some bugs are part of living in the tropics and can be present in even the cleanest accommodations. Therefore, routine insect spraying is part of life in the tropics. If treatment is scheduled during your stay, a notice will be posted in advance. Remove garbage regularly, and store all food in containers or in the refrigerator. If you do notice insects, please let us know and we'll have extra treatment done on the next monthly treatment cycle. Infestations will be treated ASAP.

3) Travel Insurance:
We STRONGLY recommend "cancel for any reason" travel insurance for our guests. We hope you understand, that as an individual owner, we cannot take on the role of travel insurer. We will only provide refunds in line with the VRBO cancellation policy. If you would like to be eligible to receive a refund beyond the VRBO cancellation policy for issues such as health or family emergencies, flight changes or cancellations, volcanic eruptions that do not threaten the condo, work schedule changes, the potential for reduced air quality, and more, please purchase coverage from your favorite travel insurer (we've had requests for refunds for almost all these reasons from guests who didn't purchase coverage).
