    This area around Wailea and Kihei is called "South Maui" and is the sunniest spot on Maui. It is located 45 minutes south of Lahaina. Fortunately, this area was unaffected by any wildfire activity.

    Maui welcomes visitors and by coming to the island you can play a crucial part in helping to keep Maui's local businesses, families and economy thriving during this crucial time of rebuilding.

    Mana Kai 608: Mana Kai sits on the most ideal location on Maui on the most ideal beach "Keawakapu". This spot has direct access to both Wailea and Kihei, and 5 minutes to beautiful Makena and Makena Landing. Enjoy an easy 15 minute ride from airport which is nice after a long flight. South Maui is located 45 minutes from "West Maui" or the areas of Kaanapali and Lahaina and a similar distance to "Upcountry" or Kula and the areas up and around the volcano Haleakala. Easy access to the rest of Maui, that's if you ever leave! Many don't once they experience this special place and special beach.

    808 General Store is open at Mana Kai! This wonderful, locally owned family business sells sandwiches and salads, groceries, adult and kid beverages, reef safe sunscreen, beach toys and other items you may have left off your packing list.

We absolutely love this 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront location situated in an ideal beachfront spot directly on the ocean and smack dab on the border of highly sought after Wailea and South Kihei.

Tracy O'Reilly has proven experience and treats her clients how we would welcome any guest into our home. Her team will help you navigate the expectations before and during for a worry free trip!

    This condo was one of the best equipped we’ve ever stayed at. Every detail was well thought out; even down to coolers for the beach. Would love to stay here again!
