Jean and Sue have an amazing place in the best location. We could walk to beaches, restaurants and markets and drive anywhere on the beautiful island of Kauai. The place is full of all the best details and niceties I wouldn't even think of. From coolers to beach chairs to a great stocked kitchen with spices and a nice coffee pot to a really comfy king size bed, they have a wonderful spot and we plan to return!
It is a one bedroom condo in the very large Prince Kuhio Condominiums building. Building has extensive beautiful gardens and very nice large pool. Living room and back veranda view the ocean and the Prince Kuhio Park. Not luxurious but perfect for us. Good communication w owner. We just wanted a relatively inexpensive (by Hawaii beach close standards) place to sleep and relax and walk to relatives staying nearby so plenty good enough for us. Clean, safe, comfortable for us. Beach better for viewing than swimming, but other swimming beaches within walking distance.

Very comfortable and clean! Property little dated, walls are thin and very hard not to listen in on conversations. Traffic in Koloa town is getting heavy and also parking in certain areas are limited for space. Still beautiful island as long as we take care and respect ! Mahalo
This condo was the perfect size for two people. It's very clean and is in a great location.
Excellent experience, the condo had everything one could want to use for cooking and comfort! Very well thought out unit as it is small but didn’t feel small.
We enjoyed our time there and will return in the future!

Perfect place to stay, the owners were great! This place has everything you need for your stay, fully stocked kitchen, umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, mini ice chest, easy access to the beach! We would definitely recommend staying here!
First thing would absolutely stay here again.
First floor amazing view, well stock extras. Comfortable king bed, large shower with great water pressure. Great A/C for those that might need it. Jean provided detailed check in emails. Grounds and pool are very, nice beaches within walking distance. Overall very clean and well kept.
Loved the stay here. Quiet and beautiful grounds and pool. Close to everything. Would love to stay again. Mahalo
