You will enjoy relaxing in this spacious townhome located on the first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course at the Turtle Bay Resort! Beautiful golf course views with ocean view right past the golf course. You may even see some horses grazing in the distance! Gated entry to the Kuilima Estates West and on site security guards. Comes with one assigned parking stall. Also has guest stalls. Complex is on the bus route so if you don't have a rental car you can still access the resort! This is a fully furnished home with towels, bedding, kitchen amenities, etc. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! There is even a washer & dryer in the unit if needed! You may purchase groceries in Foodland store located near Waimea bay or in Laie town. There is a nice restaurant at the golf clubhouse/store that is walking distance.
This home is about 45-60 minutes from Honolulu Airport.
The home is on the second floor (no elevator) which allows for better views and faces the ocean. The living area has a large Smart TV, Split AC, opens to a covered lanai. The main bedroom has a very nice King size bed, large closet, flat screen tv, AC, fan, lamps. The loft style bedroom has two full size beds, fan, lamp and Split AC. The main bathroom has a tub shower combo and the bathroom in the loft has a shower. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave hood, refrigerator with ice maker & dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker and Krueig single serve coffee maker, blender. There is a washer/dryer in the home.
There are boogie boards, snorkeling equipment & tennis rackets for your use. The complex has 3 swimming pools for your use, tennis courts. You may also rent bikes, horses, mopeds, surf boards, golf equipment at the hotel area or in Haleiwa.

This place was very clean. No issues with communication. Location was beautiful. Longer walk to beach then expected. Close restaurants were on the expensive side and not exactly kid friendly. Overall we enjoyed out stay at this condo.

This condo was awesome. It was very clean, great location on the Northshore, and had everything you need for a wonderful vacation (snorkels, washer/dryer with soap, beach towels, cooler, parking, and much more).

This was the 2nd time staying in this unit with another couple. We have no desire to be in the city and love the north shore so appreciate the location of the condo. The condo itself is very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding, beach gear etc. Thank you Jo Ann

Overall this was a great unit that comfortably accommodated my family of four. We loved that it was stocked with everything from spices to laundry detergent. Having ac in each sleeping area helped us to sleep so well as it gets hot at night with little trade winds. We would have gave it 5 stars if it wasn’t for how loud our neighbors were. You can literally hear everything from the downstairs master bedroom as it faces parking lot and entry doors to other units below and beside you.
