This 3 bedroom, 3 Bath luxury townhome is located in the gated Alii Cove Condominium complex. This location provides a short walking distance to the of town of Kailua Kona where you will find fine ocean front dining, shopping, St. Michael’s Church, and coffee shops for that morning brew. Since the townhome is located directly in front of Honl’s Beach, it has spectacular views of the beach, ocean, surfers, and cruise ships moored in Kailua Bay as well as easy access to the beach.

During your stay, you will enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped 1815 sqft. luxury air conditioned home with tropical appointments throughout. The two upstairs bedrooms are configured with a King En-Suite, and a Queen En-Suite. The King Bedroom also has an exterior balcony overlooking Kailua Bay. The downstairs bedroom has two extralong twin beds with an adjacent guest bath.

The kitchen area is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a bar seating area, and a great selection of cooking/serving utensils. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with seating for six.

The family room features a flat screen HD TV, Digital Cable with DVR, Home Theater System, Blue-ray player with streaming capability and an audio stereo system. Adjacent to the living room is an area with two reclining chairs ideal for tv watching, reading, or napping.

Outside of the family/living areas is a fully landscaped lanai overlooking Honl’s Beach. The lanai aside from plantings and a bird bath, has an outdoor table with seating for six, a chase lounge, and a BBQ making it a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a mai tai, or an entire meal.

As a guest here at Alii Cove the complex facilities are available including a workout gym, pool, and spa. Also included are two dedicated parking spaces, one in an enclosed garage and the second as a dedicated space.

Electricity costs, up to 35 KWHR/Day, are included in the cost of the rental. Over the years, most of our guests are able to live comfortably without exceeding this limit.

For those with mobility challenges, it is important to note that direct access to the condo from the parking spaces to the townhome requires the use of a flight of exterior stairs. Alternate access with no stairsteps is available but it is a bit more circuitous.
