We stayed at this amazing place for our 25th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. It is really the perfect spot. So quiet, we never heard any noise from anyone next door on either side of us. The unit is close to the end of the building near a little side beach so you have complete ocean views from the deck and access to the beach. It was extremely clean and neat and well stocked with everything we needed, especially beach items cooler, boogie boards, towel etc. We ended up eating and snacking so much on the deck instead of going in town to a restaurant because the views couldn't be beat and it was so peaceful. We contacted the mgr. about a view things and she handled everything immediately, quick, responsive and so on top of it, so impressed. It's close enough to shops/restaurants without being in the overly congested area and parking below in the garage was easy to unload with a full car. It really was a delightful stay, we can't recommend this place more we loved it. Thanks for making our 25th so special!
This property was AMAZING! No need for a white noise machine, just open the patio doors and enjoy! Great location to restaurants and shops. Kathy was a gracious host, she was timely with any communications and so flexible. Would definitely stay here again.
Stay was amazing! Condo has everything you need is you choose to dine in every night. Only thing that was a struggle was the need for the community grills to be updated. If you enjoy watching all the locals surf then this is for sure the place to be as Banyans beach was pumping.
We had a wonderful relaxing time. Owner and property manager were very responsive. Property has amazing sunset views and listening to the waves at night was so peaceful. Would highly recommend. Property was perfect for our family of four without using pullout. It was very convenient to have the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels available. Fully stalled kitchen and plenty of fans if needed to stay cool. The breeze coming off the ocean with the sliders to the lanai open kept it very comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay at property again if return to the big island.
Beautiful decor and location. Only thing there was a huge project going next door with drills and stuff. They did it during waking hours so wasn’t too bad.
This condo was fantastic!!! Extremely clean, great location. Having a washer dryer in the unit was very convenient. Would 100% stay here again.
We absolutely loved being able to hear and see the ocean all the time! There is a spotlight shining on the waves at night that adds the perfect amount of light to see the waves, but doesn’t shine into the windows while you’re trying to sleep. The area was perfect for what we were wanting from our vacation and the property manager was extremely responsive. There was construction going on next door while we were there, but we were told it was an emergency situation and it wasn’t within the control of our property manager. We would absolutely stay here again!
We loved the location of the condo. It was clean and kitchen has everything you need. The main bedroom is large and well lit, the ocean is right outside and the lanai is perfect to watch the surfers!The other bedroom is on the street and am told by our friends that slept there it is a little loud with traffic noise. Other than that, I highly recommend the stay. the booking and check in was simple and the price is comparable to other properties in the same location. Aloha!
We had an outstanding 7 day stay at Kathy and Bruce's condo. The description of ocean front is on point! The oceans' roar was amazing. We loved the lanai, and the ocean front master bedroom ocean front was perfect. We never turned on the TV as the ocean and the surrounding area was entertainment enough! Althought we only used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and cocktails, we noted that it contained everything that was needed to prepare dinners. I wouldn't hesitate staying there again the next time I visit Kona... Thank you!
Beautiful view, absolutely clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again. Condo is on the second floor, with plenty of parking spaces occupying the first floor. Living area and master bedroom open to a big west facing lanai and crashing ocean waves. There is a small sandy beach for lounging with a sandy wading area for smaller kids, but mostly lava rock beach. Ceiling fans in living room, bedrooms and lanai. New washer and dryer. Well stocked kitchen, with all the tools and cookware necessary to actually cook. Even a crockpot and things like soy sauce and vinegars from previous guests. Amenities you always wonder about, like laundry detergent, dish soap, beach towels, were included. Lots of things like aluminum foil and paper plates were available. Suggest taking a look at what's there before purchasing anything. Property manager was excellent, both respectfully attentive and unobtrusive. She communicated an unanticipated and no-fault maintenance glitch that affected time of checkin and resolved it promptly.
The condo was just as advertised in the listing. Very clean, well stocked, extremely comfy beds and pillows, a view to die for, and great location close to everything! No bugs, couldn't hear the neighbors, and great lanai. Only slight issue was the 2nd bedroom is close to the main street and kind of noisy, but we brought a sound machine so it wasn't aproblem. No AC but the ocean breeze makes it comfy.

Beautifully decorated condo in a beautiful area of Kona with a phenomenal view. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed for a great stay and the owners were wonderful to work with. I hope we can return soon!
Beautiful place with unreal views of dolphins, whales, surfing and sunsets. The property was well taken care of and clean. Pool area was great for kids at end of the day. For awareness this complex is right on the main drag with a lot of loud music, the bedroom closest to the road can be a bit noisy. The master bedroom is great and can’t hear the street. Favorite place we have stayed out of all places on three islands

Beautiful condo in old building. Fully renovated and current except NO AC. You can open up to vent out some of the heat and humidity but a simple upgrade of a mini split air conditioner would make this place a perfect 10.

Outstanding view. Great facilities. Convenient parking. Safe. Large lanai with nice furniture. Comfortable beds. Very modern washer/dryer set. Watched surfers and big waves all day long. Da Poke Shack restaurant was wonderful and on-site. Banyan Market across the street had nice assortment of food and beverages. Two miles from Kailua Kona center, so car necessary. Bus was available. Farmers market and taco stand short walking distance. Magic Sands Bar and Grill is one mile south.
Was a great place to stay. Good location to explore from and to chill at. Right on the water!
Our family had a great stay. Check in was a breeze! The property was kinda centrally located to all the things we wanted to do and beach access was right there! It was awesome waking up to watch the surfers in the morning and enjoying daily magnificent sunsets in the evening!
You cannot get a better location than this condo. Sleep to the sound of the ocean. Very close to town and other beaches. Quiet condo complex. The tide pooling was amazing right out in front of the condo. Sandy beach strip which is hard to find on the Kona side
We came to visit due to a death in the family but this beautiful place gave our family space and healing during some tough days!! Wonderful location!! Thank you for sharing your space with us.

The check in process was simple and Kathy is a very accommodating owner. The condo was clean and the had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the surfers and saw sea turtles from the Lanai. We hassle an unforgettable time! Thank you Kathy, we will be back!
This was the perfect place for our ladies’ trip! Watching the surfers and the sunset from the lanai was so awesome ! The condo had everything we needed, and we loved the little beach and the pool! Parking was easy ( not to be taken for granted!) and another big plus was that “Da Poke Shack” is in the same complex!
Can’t wait to stay there again on our next trip to Hawaii!
When we arrived I checked my email to pull up the instructions for check in and accessing the space. I hadn't received anything. It was fairly late but my only choice was to call the property owner. She gave us the code with the advice to "Read my email" and we got in. I still have never received the email with the check in instructions. We also searched high and low and never found the wifi information. We contacted the "available person" to get the information. The response was slow and they didn't even know the information. Luckily it wasn't really that big of a deal as we didn't spend much time at the condo. It still took about 3 days before we had access to the wifi. If the communication had been better/quicker things would have all been great.
We got to watch a lot of surfers this week with the great wave action just sitting on our lenai. The location of this condo is really good compared to the city, half a mile from Alli Gardens (souvenir market) and the access to highway 11 and highway 19. We got to talk with the manager and the owner a couple times and they were very helpful getting us situated and settled in. The traffic in front of this condominium unit is busy at the beginning of the night but it does die down after a bit. We even got some great pictures of sunsets and a couple of nights of moon setting. I think if we came back to this island in the near future, we would look for this unit again. No frills space however epic view of the ocean and perfect place to listen to the waves and watch the surf. Would definitely stay there again.
We had 3 generations here for an absolutely amazing vacation in paradise. Sleeping at night with the doors open and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing just feet away.... it just doesn't get any better. We had a wonderful vacation with our son, daughter in law and granddaughter who live far from us. Thank you for the memories!!!
Wonderful absolute ocean front unit, nothing but ocean sounds and beautiful sunset views. One small issue was immediately resolved by the quick response from the property manager, very impressed with the service. Second bedroom on the Ali'i side could hear the road noise, but that couldn't be helped, and calmed down after 10pm or so. Will definitely recommend to friends and I would not hesitate to stay again. Small coffee maker though, needed two pots of coffee to get through each morning.
It's all about location with this condo. The lanai and view are fabulous. We had fun watching the many whales, dolphins, and surfers right in front of us.
This place was amazing. Seeing the sunset, whales and surfers right off the lah-nai was super cool as well. Would definitely go back or recommend to anyone.
