Truly a one of a kind property, The Beach Villas are the newest and only beachfront condominiums available on the island in 25 years. Located just 30 minutes west of the Honolulu Airport and minutes from shopping in Kapolei, The Beach Villlas offer world-class serenity and elegance without sacrificing convenience.

This unique and custom villa offers 3 spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. This Villa offers an expansive lanai with ocean front views and is luxuriously furnished with linens, custom Hawaiian artwork from local artists, flat-screen TV’s (including iPod Doc and Wii) and beach supplies including towels and chairs.

The gourmet kitchen, designed by Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, is fully stocked and includes premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero, and a Bosch washer & dryer are provided in your unit for your convenience. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, wall mounted flat screen TV, and iPod dock clock radio. The master bath includes a double vanity, large shower and soaking tub. The first guest room includes a Queen size bed and bath with stand-up shower. The second guest room includes two twin beds and a full bath with soaking tub. The sofa in the living room opens into a queen size bed and there is a child’s pack n’ play available for use. Cable TV with HBO, HBO on-demand and high-speed internet included.

Great location! Beautiful condo so close to the beach. Overlooking the pool and great easy listening music from bar but very quiet after 9ish each night. Our group had twins who were a year old,5 yr old and 7 yr old along with 4 adults. Perfect week. Thank goodness there was a drying rack in the condo as dryer did not dry even after 3 hours. Clothes were dry overnight so not a big deal but we could live with that being the only negative in a very wonderful place. We highly recommend this place!

The place is amazing! The only issue was the dryer. I saw it on other reviews so I asked. I followed Nicole’s directions and it still didn’t work. I understand it is ventless so it will take longer but water never even went into the tray. The moisture wouldn’t come out of the clothes so we were unable to use the washer/dryer which was disappointing considering cost but we didn’t let that get us down and enjoyed our stay otherwise!

We loved our stay here. The property was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of provided amenities to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was clean and fresh. Parking was easy and straightforward. The location is perfect next the the lagoons and Aulani. It’s in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. We can’t wait to go back.

Building and villa are kept up very nicely. Everything we needed for our stay. Key card was finicky, but we got it down pat by the time we left. Kids loved feeding the fish and the pools are very nice. Drinks are steep there at the bar, but they are delicious. Highly recommend this place. Mahalo!
