Very close to the beach.Groceries and food trucks close.The beach is just across the street. We would stay again.

The appartment was very nice, clean, well furnished. Convenient parking. There is a supermarket at walking distance, more a few blocks away. Only one issue: upon arriving, I found the entrance door already wide open !!!
this is the second time we’ve stayed here and we always feel right at home. Steps to the beach and near one of our favorite shaved ice places! Also nearby restaurants. Can’t beat the location. This place has everything you’ll need - chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, small cooler. We’re looking forward to coming back!
Very short walk to the beach. It was the best beach we had visited in Kihei as it was quiet and less people. Turtles daily. Comfortable bed, clean, stocked with necessities, host was quick to communicate.
This was a very nice location for us. It gave us easy access to everything: shopping, site seeing, restaurants, airport, etc. You are directly across from the beach and can walk over every night to see the incredible sun sets. The unit is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even an entire cabinet dedicated to plastic for the pool area where there is an outdoor kitchen. The unit owner is wonderful and VERY responsive if you need anything at all. Parking was very easy as there was always availability next to our unit on the street. Lots of restaurants and shopping and beaches very close. I would recommend this unit and I would rent this unit again,

Mary communicated clearly with me, she responded quickly when I asked questions. The property is clean, well kept, and all the things that we needed were here. It was great to have beach chairs and boogie boards on hand!
Very well appointed condo. Kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Laundry very close by. Grounds and pool very nice. Walk to to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Beach is very nice and close.
We had a great time at Kihei Garden Estates. There are some great restaurants nearby and it is right next to the grocery store for convenience. Super great, central location for all your exploring. There were a few homeless people that liked to hang out near the condos at night and some others that seemed to be around the beach every day. Never caused us any issues though. The bed is not great but we made due. Hard to tell from the pictures but the patio faces the road, not the gardens. It is still nice out there but a little noisy for sure. Would probably stay again if we go back!
Good location, close to all amenities, and a 20 minute drive to various parts of the island. Host provided great instructions, locating the property was easy and no issues during our week long stay.
My husband and I stayed here for a few nights in August. The location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach, and the beach was not busy at all while we were there. Lots of tasty places to eat within walking distance. The condo was very clean! They had beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys. The pool and hot tub was very clean and relaxing as well. We would stay again. Highly recommend!
This is a beautiful, quiet place to stay. I highly recommend renting this place. There is a beach just a couple minutes walk from the front door. The grounds are well kept with amazing plants and trees. Mary is a very thoughtful host and the condo is well stocked with amenities.
Great Location for a trip to Maui. Staying in Kihei was much better than staying in western Maui because of the traffic and proximity to the whole island. This location in particular was great because it is right next to a dozen restaurants, food trucks, a grocery store, and the beach.
We spent our honeymoon here and had a great time!
Easy to find. Lovely lanai. Neat and clean inside. Perfect base for Kihei, Wailea and Kahlui.

The location is great is easy access to restaurants and shopping. The beach, ideal for walking, is a 2-3 minute walk. The condo is first floor and private veranda due to the corner location. We would definitely stay there again.
We stayed at this property for almost 2weeks! The location was perfect for us, as it wasn’t near as busy as the previous place we stayed at. Minute from an ocean walk, across the street from our favourite Church, which has an AMAZING choir!
As we are not big restaurant people, I was pleased that I could prepare a meal just like at home.
Our Property Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us!

This was our second stay at this condo and everything was just as good, if not better than the first time. The property is clean, in a great location, and the owner has upgraded some of the amenities since our last stay two years ago. I would definitely recommend this location as a great home base to explore Maui.
Just completed our 5 week stay at Kihei Gardens. Mary was a fabulous host. The condo had everything we needed for an extended stay. The location was perfect.. near the pickleball courts, gorgeous sunsets, restaurants, poke, food trucks farmers market and much more. We are already planning our next trip to Maui It was a 5 Star stay!!!
My husband and I love this area, so close to beaches, shopping, and food. The beach is so close to the condo. The host was very responsive and generous. There are beach chairs, towels, and floaties there to use which is so nice. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I loved the location. Near the beach, down the road from fresh poke and grocery nearby. Also, the bed is very comfortable. The place was homie and cozy. The condo was the closest you can be to the beach in the complex. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

We absolutely loved the location in Kihei! Walking distance to places to eat and shop. Basically right on the beach, beautiful sunsets! We will definitely be thing back.
