Absolutely wonderful condo ! Everything you could possibly need was there ! This was a perfect location for walking to restaurants, grocery store, beaches, etc. Book your stay here, you won't be disappointed.
Great location for walkable beach and shopping. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Great owner that worked with us for Kate checkout. Would stay here again.

The condo is as advertised/portrayed in pictures. Very nice; the location had pluses and minuses. Nice to be within walking distance to grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. The gardens next door was our favorite and very lovely! Nice to have a Walking path along the beach across from condo. Negative was traffic and traffic noiseVery busy street! A little difficulty getting responses to our inquiries. walking

What did we enjoy most: the incredible ocean view, the easy walking distance to great restaurants, easily accessible and stunning local beaches, the comfortable beds and spacious, airy main area, the lanai overlooking the water, the surf lessons and snorkel gear literally right here, or the absolute charm of the lively but respectfully quiet at night neighborhood? Hard to say. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Maui. What a find! My family was so rested and happy the whole trip. The host is very kind and communicative as well. A memorable vacation thanks, in part, to the location, cleanliness, and quiet of this lovely condo.
We were thrilled with the accommodations!! Our host was super responsive and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay! Bedroom and bathrooms were so nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our 6 night stay! We loved the breathtaking views and our stay here during our Maui vacation!

Superb location and the best ocean view I’ve had in Maui over multiple trips. Breathtaking view of mountains, ocean, street, sidewalks and daily life. Walkable to food, restaurants, shopping. We didn’t even need a car. Took Uber a few times to shop in Wailea and eat at Mamas Fish House. Condo is spacious, well appointed with all amenities -Even had plenty of detergent, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and soap. Host is very responsive and easily accessible for questions. Thanks again. Will definitely try to book for future visit.
Views and location were excellent, close to restaurants, food trucks and shopping. The only downside was the surf shop right across the street. They begin opening early morning and it’s nonstop people all morning. It’s really a busy place, this noise does come up to the lanai.
This was a great property in Kihei. I will say I was a little skeptical at first because of the picture of the palm tree right in front of the lanai. It is bigger now and you have a gorgeous view of the ocean from inside and out on the lanai. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Especially liked the big coffee pot for the morning. The only thing I can say on improvement for this property is to get more comfortable living room and lanai furniture. The biggest upside to this property is location. We loved South Maui Gardens behind the property with the different food trucks, music, and craft fairs that go on there. We also did a surf lesson which was right across the street. We would absolutely stay here again!

We all go for the sunsets, and I will tell you that the moonlight is just as enchanting. I got the most beautiful photos and slightly different each night. Loved it!

I cannot describe how amazing the view from this unit is. At this price, you cannot do better in Kihei. This unit was unfortunately not available the entire time we stayed in Maui so we had other condo rentals to compare it to during out trip, some of which were quite pricey. This was everyones favorite.
The view, omg the view. Everything looks far away in pictures but the water is right there! Then you look to the left and Haleakalā is right there. The sunrise over the volcano is stunning and the morning sun shining on Molokini Crater was worth waking up early for every morning.
The building is so conveniently close to everything you want. Walk to Kihei village, the grocery store, bars, beaches, all of it. If you have a high maintenance Karen in your crew, they may complain about the subtitles that make this unit great. Yes the road is out front but after staying in a different condo away from the road with just a sliver of an ocean view, I'll take the road every time. This unit is VERY clean and surprisingly spacious. We have paid more for much less space and dingy condo's. The towels are Ralph Lauren and very nice! Plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, everything you could need or want. The pool area is also very nice and the Weber BBQ's are new and clean. Lots of other nice people staying there that are great to hang out in the BBQ area with. Yes the building is older, get over it. We are 100% staying here the next time we visit!

The outside of property in parking area, did not instill confidence of structure stability. If that was part of descriptor, i most certainly would have questioned the integrity of the building
Nicely laid out unit. Only issue I was given the lock box code for the electric key code. Was able to resolve by looking at old messages
