The stove broke after the first day. They came and fixed it four days later. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. We were not cooking or smoking. And the building wasn’t on fire- so we had to disable the fire alarm. I was gonna complain but then Lahaina burned down on the day we left and I felt sorry for everyone involved so I just left it. Other then that our stay was awesome. I hope Lahaina recovers and they don’t sell of their ancestral land to greedy developers.

Perfect stay for our family. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quite condo rental resort. Loved the sunset view & the golfing greens from our deck. Great location. Walking distance to Whalers, coffee shops, restaurants and many other stores. Only regret is not staying longer!

Overall the island of Maui is amazing. This property has some very nice rentals because our family also stayed here. And for just $300 more you could stay in an absolutely updated condo. If I would have known what we were getting I would have paid an extra $300. Upon walking in the place smells like musty and wet. They ask you to please take your shoes off, which we did, and the carpet is sticky and moist. Some of the Bambi furniture would fall off and you’d try to place it back in. We love the feel of the Bambo, but those should be fixed. All the carpet is stained and the walls are filthy. They charge a cleaning fee…???? The sheets had stains as well as the towels. The upstairs has an even more musty smell but the view is nice. The showers are old and have rust everywhere. We didn’t even use one of the rooms because we definitely were unaware of the split level room situation. That could have been my misunderstanding, but if you have small kids this place wouldn’t be ok with y’all being far away from the children. Also, the stairs made some much creeping noise that by the time you reached the top it felt like if you jumped you’d go through the floor. It was squishy… I was not impressed with the amount of money that we paid to stay here for 6 days. Also, all of our other families had welcome gifts. We got EXPIRED coupons for a free gift to the Maui ocean center aquarium.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in a great location. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.Snorkelling gear in the cupboard was a great bonus. This condo is in a great location a short walk to Whalers Village. My only suggestion would be is to provide some table placemats for eating, also there were no salad bowls .
