Owners were very responsive to questions and condo unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. May want to think about installing air conditioning. Enjoyed our stay!!
We had only one complaint. NO AC. that was not enough to move the meter down on the property. great location, very clean. fans all around made it easier to sleep but still warm nights in July, our group of 4 fit just fine with no wanting for space.
This was a great place to stay and explore the Kona area. Unit was well stocked and very comfortable.
Enjoyed the lanai - although the sliding screen doors tended to stick making opening/closing needing 2 hands! Small thing to complain about since everything else was absolutely perfect!

We stayed 35days we enjoyed this condo and area very much the condo has a large amount of kitchen and bathroom supplies and plenty of kitchen cooking tools the pool is just lovely with hardly anyone using it the condo has plenty of room and a nice big lanai
The condo was exactly as described and well supplied with anything a family could need for a Hawaiian vacation including beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, coolers etc) and a fully stocked kitchen. The space was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer came in handy with all the beach days. The ground floor lanai was a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the sunset. The location was great- 2 minute drive or walk to Keahou bay for boating excursions (snorkel tours) and easy drive to grocery shopping and beaches. Sierra was excellent and responded quickly to any questions. We were extremely happy with the accommodations and the easy communication. We would love to return!

This turned out to be an excellent location for us, about halfway between Kailua and Captian Cook, where the majority of activities we did were located such as snorkeling, farm tour, outrigger canoe trip, kayak rental and national historical park. Plus the night manta ray snorkel is just down the street! We found good dining options in Captain Cook as well as in Kailua. Our stay was in December, so it was comfortable enough without air conditioning, 80 during the day and about 70 at night. It is a very quiet community and was safe enough to leave the sliding doors open. Kitchen had everything we needed for the bit of cooking we did, and there were plenty of beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a big cooler bag and other hard and soft sided coolers and ice packs, oh and two boogie boards, which our teens enjoyed. This condo had everything we needed and we never even looked for the bikes. My only suggestion for the owners would be to have the cleaning staff pay a little more attention to dusting the fans and cleaning light switches and remotes, but that has been the case for 4 out of 5 vrbos I've stayed at.
The condo had everything we needed for our one week trip! No AC was an adjustment, however, the condo was safe enough that we slept with the windows and sliders open all week. The pool is quiet and relaxing! Beautiful short walk to the pier for sunrise and sunsets!
Condo had everything we needed except for AC, great place and location but could really use AC as the fans were just not enough to help cool down…Check in was difficult as we didn’t have the correct code, but we got it figured out within an hour of arriving!
Big Island is a must and this condo is perfect to enjoy the teip even more.
The condo was very well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. If there were people staying in the unit above us, we couldn't tell. It was super quiet and very convenient to everything. If you're looking for a nice, restful place to stay, this is it!
