This newly renovated upscale condo is stunning! All new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and furnishings. Condo is very clean and comfortable and gets a great breeze, and we also have AC. We are located on the ocean facing section of the complex. Your comfort and satisfaction is very important to us. We have everything you need to make your stay memorable. We are a second floor condo, there is no one above you. There are 3 pools for your use and the beach at the Resort is a 10 minute walk away. Enjoy golf, horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling, and all the restaurants at the Resort. We have 2 queen beds and a full bath in the loft, and a king bed, full bath, kitchen and living room on the main floor.
AC in master bedroom and split AC for the rest of the condo.
Sunset Beach and the "8 Mile Miracle Stretch" of beaches is a 10 minute drive to the west, and Polynesian Cultural Center and Brigham Young University, Hawaii Campus, are a 10 minute drive to the east.

This property is in a two floor house. This property is at the second floor with a loft. So if there is another visitor down stairs, you need to be carefull about the noise.
Generally, the room is clean and equipped with all necessary tools. ACs are old and I didnt want to activate it because it was with a full of dust.
There are three pools in this area. Those are shared by visitors and residents. The nearest pool is for users who can use quietely. Those who want to be loud need to use another pool. The beach is near-by but not in a distance of walking (10min or more).

Beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need. It is very clean and comfortable close to all the beautiful beaches in the north shore. It truly felt like I was at a hotel, toiletries and blow dryers included. The sunset at the turtle bay resort is breathtaking and the pools at the end of the day are a welcomed respite. Great for families!

Exactly as pictured and well appointed. A/C and fans very handy. Had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Pickle ball equipment a plus. Convenient location to food trucks, Polynesian Cultural Center and shops in Laie. Would stay again.

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed in this condo, 4th time in the complex. We love this area. The condo itself is just as described. The ac units were great, which is why we choose to stay in this particular condo. A couple of the other rentals in this complex only have one window unit that does not cool the entire condo. The property manager was super nice and very easy to get a hold of with minor things that came up and She responded and called me immediately and things were taken care of. The condo is fully stocked beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkeling gear. All of the things you do not want to worry about having to bring on vacation. Great for a family who want to get Jaout of the city of Waikiki and see the gorgeous island of Oahu. It’s a very safe area. You don’t have to worry about your car unlike other parts of the island.
Only negative and it has absolutely nothing to do with the property Itself, but there is an older resident who is a very unpleasant person and made a few of our days NOT so great on our vacation. I had to intervene when she was yelling at my youngest son, she called me names. She sat and watched us go into the pool and swim. She stared at us the entire time swimming which was very uncomfortable. Sadly, from speaking to a couple other residents who live there full-time, this is her normal. I just wanted the owners of the property to know that she is going to eventually cause people not to want to stay at the property.

We were staying at turtle Bay because we had a family get together on the North Shore so it was a perfect location right on the golf course and a view of the turtle Bay resort easy to walk to. Close to lots of beautiful beaches, tourist attractions. The condo had every amenity needed for preparing food, plenty of cookware, beachchairs, and umbrellas for the beach, coolers it was a very well stocked condo! We would definitely stay there again! Very clean and updated

It was nicely appointed. Two minor issues,
Let the manager know. One was a hum in the main floor bedroom when the ac unit is on. The A/C unit didn’t hum, seemed to be the window. AC was great.

We enjoyed our stay but we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The area rugs are fairly dirty and the floor had quite a bit of sand on it. So much that we had to vacuum the floors because it was bothering us. The worst part was that the king bed had dirty sheets on it when we checked in. The bed was nicely made but when we pulled the sheets back, it was clear that they hadn’t been changed; wrinkled with a dirty spot and hairs on the sheets. So we had to stay up late to wash the sheets. Thankfully they had a washer and dryer. They need to use a better cleaning company.

Perfect set up for family. Walkable distance to beach or Turtle Bay beach/hotel.
On golf course which was nice view. Great communication and nicely renovated.would stay again!

My hubby and I stayed with our son and his girlfriend. Turtle Bay was the perfect area to either enjoy the amenities or expmore the rest of the island. This condo was spacious and convenient and was well appointed for our stay. We loved our stay and would stay again!!!!!

We all enjoyed our stay. The North Shore has so much to offer and we love the area. The condo is located in a beautiful resort and our granddaughter loved going for walks through the complex smelling the flowers. We walked to Lei Leis twice for dinner and visited the beaches around the area. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family. We especially loved how close it is to the roadside stands to get fresh fruit, fried bananas and organic shave ice. Thank you and we hope to return soon!
