This condo is called 'The 19th Hole' because it is located on the 18th hole of the Fazio Golf Course. It is as close as you can get to the Turtle Bay Hotel. There are two air conditioners (in the master bedroom and loft. The beaches are quiet and sandy and you can swim year round at the bay beach (even during pounding high winter surf). There is a comfy California King bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the loft bedroom.There is a thick twin futon mattress in the master bedroom closet that guests can use to sleep the 6th person. Both bathrooms have been renovated and feature granite countertops and maple cabinets. The leather double reclining sofa is a perfect place to relax after a fun filled day. The loft and living room have ceiling fans and window AC. Guests at Kuilima East have full use of the swimming pools and tennis courts on site. There is free wireless internet access. Condo is fully furnished with all the kitchen amenities for your stay. This is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY!...

We enjoyed our stay and felt that we received solid value for the money spent. Both the exterior and interior stairways felt a bit unsafe - especially the interior stairs. Also the screen doors need some work and the air-conditioning was very loud.

Good location but poorly maintained. Trouble getting into the front gate. The security guard said that he was not authorized to open the gate which on our instructions said that he was. We were supposed to park car (but there was no place to park), walk to find the unit and get the key fob, walk back to the car with key fob to let us in. We did have an issue and attempted to contact the manager, but no response.

Great condo on golf course at Turtle Bay. Just a short walk to Turtle Bay beach and lots of walking/jogging trails. Awesome location for the North Shore - easy to get to Haleawa and Laie. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a comfortable queen bed in the master and a queen and 2 twins in the loft. There are plenty of fans and A/C units to keep you comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of beach equipment. Highly recommend this property.
