Excellent view of Wailua bay. Close to everything in Kapa’a. Well equipped with chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and everything you’d need for a week of fun. Enjoyed our stay.
This place was amazing. Best view of a Bay that almost feels like you’re the only one there.
This was the third time we have stayed at this location. We love it there.
The apartment was well laid out. Everything had been thought of in the kitchen and for the beach (chairs, umbrella, etc.). The view of the sea is beautiful. The contact was very nice and someone came over right away. Unfortunately, a main road runs past the house and the noise is quite loud in the bedroom. My main criticism is the extremely unpleasant smell in the apartment: the old carpet, the ancient stove, and the towels stink as soon as they get wet. And when something fell under the bed, I was disgusted by the dirt underneath. The balcony chairs are completely rusted and my clothes now have rust stains. There's no clothes rack.
Loved hearing the waves and the view was very nice. We were so glad for the chairs, cooler, shade umbrellas, beach boards & all the beach supplies. The bed comfortable and it was so nice to have fans throughout the apartment & a/c. We throughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great property right on the Wialua bay. Walking distance to several great restaurants and the best bakery on the island. Centrally located so you can head north to Honilie or south to Poi pu. The sound of the surf puts you to sleep each night and the rooster gives you a wakeup call!

Super clean and well équiped. Lovely to eat on the balcony. Fantastic View and sunrise. 3 relatively small downsides: 1. Slight noise from the street in the bedroom, 2. Outside light forced us to close bedroom soir and 3. Funny smell in the área but not really in the condo. Still very good for value!
Waking up every morning looking at the sunrise over the ocean was amazing. The location is convenient for everything you want to do.
This was our second time in Kaua‘i and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The views are breathtaking and the unit is clean and comfy. The third floor was perfect for us since you don’t have anyone above you stomping around. Washer and dryer were really appreciated during our 10 night stay. We brought our own washing detergent but there were also plenty of wash pods available for use.
Bedroom faces towards the Main Street which can get quite noisy early in the morning but we didn’t mind that much. Pool looks good and clean - we didn’t use it tho because the ocean is right in front of the door :) The whole complex is pretty quiet, no loud neighbors, no playgrounds or loud kids while we were there. Overall I’d recommend this unit to anyone!

Unit had everything for a short visit. Convenient to reach the North shore or heading to Waimea. Kapaa was a cute little town that had shopping and restaurants.
View was beautiful the and the pool are the best parts. The condo didn't have very good AC it was very stuffy at night we didn't even use it we just tried to get air flow by opening up windows and slider. The bed sheets didn't fit properly so that was an issue. Definitely needs some updates. It is a great location to use as a home base.
Property was a great location from any direction. Many local places to eat close by.
Wonderful unit with a great view of the beach. Everything was in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Balcony was just right for coffee and wine. Location was within easy access of everything we wanted to see and visit.
We loved staying here. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking utensils we needed. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer with detergent included. The location was fantastic; there was a lot to do within walking distance, including Wailua Beach. The manager onsite was a pleasure to chat with and gave us ideas of some local stuff to do. The pool was well maintained. The only downside was the noisy road nearby. For some reason, a few people like to really stomp on the gas at the intersection close by. If it weren't for those few rude people, the road noise would just be a low hum and quite acceptable.
Overall an amazing place to stay!

Perfect location. Can easily drive to the north or south shore. Can walk to Coconut Market Place. Stunning view. Owner is very responsive to any communication and easy to work with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Was our third time staying in the condo. Wonderful view and location! Owners have continued to improve the condo over the years and it has everything needed (beach umbrella was used every day). Road noise in the morning and roosters are hard to sleep through, but that is the only downside and you are going to find that in just about any rental or resort on Kauai. We keep coming back because it is a wonderful condo. Thank you to the owners for such a great place.
The location was ideal for exploring the whole island. Was also a very cost conscious choice for us. Loved the sound of the waves and our third floor view.
This is our go-to condo every year. Perfect central location on the island, with a million dollar view. Nice to have washer/dryer, full kitchen and a big lanai. Safe area, and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, even after dark. Owner is responsive and great to deal with.
