Older condo and furnishings, but nice and comfortable. Would stay again.
Condo was spacious and had all the features we needed. Property and pool are beautiful and well kept. Host was communicative when required.
Really enjoyed staying here. Great location. Pool areas very close. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys available. Blow up mattress available if needed.
This unit is in the middle of the complex, a short walk to Kam III Beach and close to both the bbqs and the nicer of the two pools. There’s a large private lanai out the back and a smaller on off the master in front. The second bedroom is very small. The a/c compressor in the front lanai can be heard lightly from the master bed. Overall well appointed and stocked. A little dated in some things but in good repair. Owner was very attentive to a dishwasher problem. We would consider staying there again.
Unit was fairly clean but could use updating throughout. A bit of a trek down to the beach, super close to tropical pool which is great for kids.
Thanks Joyce, we enjoyed our stay in your condo.The complex is very nice, well maintained with beautiful gardens, it is located near Kamaole 3 beach, the boat launch, and Wailea.The positives of this unit are; it is a ground floor unit, it’s spacious, located close to the nicer swimming pool in the complex and the unit’s assigned parking space and the bbq area(weber bbq). The unit ensuite has two separate vanity with sinks, appreciated the safe, and laundry. The layout of the unit; a long front entry, with laundry closet, main bedroom with full ensuite, a den with pocket doors(no window or closet), main three piece bathroom (shower no tub) and open concept kitchen, dining area and living room which has sliding glass to a private patio. Very good layout and spacious.The unit was outfitted with beach chairs, beach umbrella and plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Lots of dishes, cups, and glasses. Pans and pots were tired, needing replacing. We were required to have plastic dishwate at the pool, not enough was provided - the security guard was good enough to give us some. So could use more pool friendly dishes.The negative of this unit- I understand the complex was constructed in 2000, and it appears the unit has not been updated since then. The cleaners need to do a deeper thorough clean, dusty fans, curtain rods, and shelves. Tub surround is moldy. We booked for a month and assumed we would have enough supplies to care for the maintenance for the month- inclu

This is a great place to stay in S Kihei! Close to everything (shops, beaches, restaurants all within 5 minutes) and comfortable. Would definitely come back!
Condo was comfortable, bright and well supplied. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are supplied. Kitchen has all the necessary gadgets. Beds are comfy, air conditioning works well and the whole place is clean. My favorite part was the garden patio. My only recommendation would be to get black out curtains in the master bedroom as the sun brightens that room way too early.
We had a very nice stay at the property. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Instructions for checkin and checkout were clear.
We greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was sparkling clean. As other reviews mentioned the photos do not do the property justice. The pool and hot tub area are a gorgeous tropical oasis and a perfect place to relax. Very close to wonderful beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our time the end of December. The condo is large and comfortable. It is clean and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is an older condo but well taken care of. It’s not fancy but for us when we go to Maui, we don’t spend much time in the condo. It was sufficient for us.
Hope to go back someday soon!

Pros: nice location, garden zen area, everything works, chairs coolers available, good price. Cons; couple roaches , shower drains slow, noise from above floor can be heard , foot steps chairs dragging and closet doors sliding. Just as honest as possible.

Great accommodation for the price. Great privacy with a private space for outdoor dining. Excellent amenity pool nearby. Great kitchen if you want to cook at home. The space is better than what the photos show. The only negative was that the master bed slumped and was not very comfortable.
The condo is outdated but I didn't have a problem with that when I booked it. The condo was dirty when we arrived. Stains on the lamp shades, walls and curtains, stained carpet, mismatched old sheets, mattress' are at least 20 years old, couch had wood underneath the cushions with food and garbage that needs to be cleaned up. Location is great but I won't book this condo again.
