We just completed a remodel of the condo September 2024. We hope that you will enjoy all of the new upgrades while staying at Leis of Luxury.

Aloha and welcome to Leis of Luxury! When you arrive at the Kamaole Sands driveway you will be greeted by lush tropical gardens and waterfalls and the stress of everyday life will disappear. Unpack, unwind and relax in our spacious island themed condo. Free parking spot which is the 2nd closest to the elevator. We are unit 6-402 on the top floor. You are welcomed in with ease through our keyless front door entry system and hand sanitizer station. It's time to kick off your shoes - yippee you are on vacation!

Sit outside on the lanai and take in all the sights. Admire the beautiful multiple views of the blue Pacific Ocean, the tropical gardens with the sweet smell of Plumeria trees, color changing water features, an evening sunset and the family friendly swimming pool. Or are you ready for the beach? Put your valuables in the in-unit safe and then pack up an ice chest, grab some beach towels and chairs and go right across the street to Kamaole Beach Park III voted one of the best and safest beaches in Maui with a lifeguard on duty.

In August & September 2023 we upgraded the unit with new Pergo flooring throughout as well as new Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen and some new furniture. You will have no problem cooking up some delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. You have your own new washer/dryer inside the condo.

The living room has split a/c, a beautiful armoire which houses an entertainment center, a flat screen TV, as well as games for all ages and a library of books all for your enjoyment. There is also free WiFi.

A beautiful grand wooden spiral staircase goes up to the master loft bedroom. Retire for the night in the new king size bed that has a foam mattress topper for extra comfort. Watch TV and cool off with the split a/c unit that is upstairs. The bathroom upstairs was recently remodeled with a glass walk in shower.

In the downstairs bedroom there is a queen size bed as well as a single sleeper chair that unfolds onto the floor for children. It has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows. There is also a...

Our family of 5 recently stayed in this unit for 10 nights. We had a great stay! We loved the keyless entry to the unit. We never had to worry about taking keys to the beach or pool. We had our 3 young children stay in lower bedroom and appreciated having sleeper chair bed. We had a very comfortable king bed upstairs. There were instructions about the air conditioning units, but we actually ended up not needing to reset them as they kept us comfortable at the higher setting at night. We did not use during the day as the unit stays comfortably cool with the breeze. The unit was very well equipped! From kitchen Tupperware to beach chairs and towels, coolers, boogie boards …you name it and it was there. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands in other units multiple times before and have always loved the amenities. The pool and hot tubs are a favourite and there is easy access to a family-friendly beach with lifeguard across the street. We also always use the tennis courts and the kids can take a free lesson once a week (although this time it was canceled due to rain). The view from this unit allows you to appreciate the beautifully maintained grounds and gardens. It was decorated for Christmas and we loved the big tree and all the lights! We weren’t sure what to expect visiting Maui after the devastating fires in Lahaina. We ended up having a wonderful trip and tried to support the local businesses as much as we could during our stay. Would stay at this unit again!

This location is great for the family. There was enough room for 3 kids and wife and I. Everything was clean and easy to use. Had beach chairs, ice chest and beach towels for whole family which made enjoying the beach much easier than renting those items. The condo is right across street from beach, 5-10mi walk which was great for family. I highly recommend this location and will stay again.

This location is great for the family. There was enough room for 3 kids and wife and I. Everything was clean and easy to use. Had beach chairs, ice chest and beach towels for whole family which made enjoying the beach much easier than renting those items. The condo is right across street from beach, 5-10mi walk which was great for family. I highly recommend this location and will stay again.

Lovely condo with a great location within the complex. View from lanai was wonderful as you’re able to see the blue ocean, gorgeous grounds, and of course, the amazing sunsets nightly. Our bedroom was in the loft upstairs. The bed was super comfy, and with the AC and fans we were never too warm. Kitchen fully stocked and all the appliances worked well, including the Keurig for coffee making. 3 televisions in the condo, which we all enjoyed. Good: Property is in a decent location in Kihei. The condo is spacious with one bedroom, a large family room, and a big loft with the second bed and full bathroom. It was comfortable for our family of six. Resort property is just average - tennis courts are decent (reservation system; racket rental $5 for adults, free for juniors); free tennis clinics; pool is very average and spas were not working properly for the entire week. Short walk to the Kamaole Beaches, which are decent beaches for snorkeling (not as nice as the many spots north of Kaanapali), but we did see turtles. Bad: This property is in real need of renovation. Seems clear that it is an investment property to squeeze out revenue and not return any of it into the upkeep of the property. The bathrooms were dirty and we needed to clean the tub and shower upstairs before we used them. Felt grimy every time you used them. The main bedroom had an off-putting odor that never went away. They have a sign on the wall that tells you to only turn on the A/C units, but not to adjust or you'll be open to all kinds of liability. You turn them on and the setting is at 80.... The third bed is a pullout couch and it was awful. We had a great time in Maui, but would not stay in this place again and can't recommend it, unless you only need a roof and some space. We would have gladly paid a little more for a different place.

We always enjoy Kamaole Sands condo complex in great location. Some updating needed but otherwise great place.
