This accommodation was everything we needed for our stay in Maui. The communication and check in process was easy. It is conveniently located about a block from the beach and there are multiple food options within walking distance. The kitchen is newly renovated so it was great for cooking some meals in. The condo is equipped with beach gear- snorkels, beach chairs and beach towels . Very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!
There was a little snafu with getting the information to have access to the condo but we were able to reach the owners and everything went smoothly after that. Beautiful renovation is taking place. The condo is furnished well withlots of kitchen items if you prefer to cook. The frig and microwave served our purposes. However, you have to realize that we are two older ladies and have learned how to minimize the work and make the most of resources. For a young couple, there all the electronic devices that you could want...some of which we couldn't figure out how to work. The people we met there were very friendly. Several were also renters but we met two couples who live there. Convenient to beaches and shopping. It would be nice to have had instructions as to how the AC works and we suggested that grab bars be installed in the shower. May not be the best situation for older persons with handicaps.....great for couples.
Great place to stay at and recently updated kitchen. The view is beautiful and you can even hear the ocean. Short walk to local restaurants and beaches.
Good location. Nice private balcony with a fantastic view. Hosts were polite and welcoming with great communication. The only caveat was the AC was run on a 60 min timer, so at night if it was hot, you would wake up and have to reset the AC timer every 60 minutes. Also a sensor on the patio door that kicks off the AC, which was fine and makes sense, but the 60 min timer on the AC was unexpected and something we hadnt seen before in any other rental.

Thank you Lori for your hospitality and a wonderful week in Kihei. The condo is very conveniently located for everything we wanted in our vacation. An easy walk about 200 yards down to Kihei Road and all three Kamaole beaches. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance too. Really feel free and relaxed when you can pack up a chair and umbrella and be down at the beach in 5 minutes whenever you like.
Condo has everything we needed for our trip. All kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc so we could cook our own breakfast and eat on the balcony. Pictures don't really do justice for the view on the balcony. You can look straight out and see the ocean just down the hill and Kaho'olawe off in the distance. If you look off to the left on a clear day you can see the observatories on top of the Haleakla volcano. We spent a lot of time just relaxing out there.
Thanks again for the hospitality and we certainly plan on coming back someday.

The condo was well laid out and was well equipped. Any queries were dealt with immediately by Lori in a helpful way.
We really enjoyed this place. It was within easy walking to great beaches, places to eat, grab coffee, shop. Even though it was within the center of everything, we were comfortable and didn't feel surrounded in the condo. The lanai was great with views up the side of the mountain and out to sea. The owners were easy to reach out to as needed. Excellent stay!

This is our favorite place we've stayed in Kihei! Very comfortable and quiet. Has everything you need for a home away from home. Large comfortable lanai with view of the ocean. Property sits next to a large vacant lot where there are lots birds. Highly recommend this place! We will be back sometime! Thank you!
Our stay at Lori’s place was wonderful. It was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The lanai space made for a great place to read and eat. It is close to beaches and major highways too. Luckily it was whale season and the weather was warm and dry, we walked to the beach many times and close to food spots too.
Owner provided everything what you need including laundry detergent. Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is so perfect for shopping, beaches and restaurants! Love the place and location!
