What can be better than an ocean front view in a comfortable, well-equipped home watching whales breaching and enjoying sunset and sunrise every day! This property is well positioned to drive to activities around the entire island as well as enjoying local dining and shopping options. The hosts are very responsive and professional. We loved it.
We are all ages 65+, and found the condo to have everything we needed. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The location was great, the unit was clean, and beds very comfortable. There was a nice selection of eclectic reading material including travel related books with maps and info about the island (which we used). There was even some fishing equipment though one pole was not functional. We had one light go out in the secondary bathroom toilet area during our 2nd night, which needed a light bulb type that was not in the collection of extra lightbulbs in the unit, which we reported, and management had the bulb replaced right away. They were very responsive. The view of the ocean was lovely, we saw whales from the patio, and the sound of the ocean waves was lovely. A nice breeze flows through the unit. The only recommendation would be to make your parking spaces just a little bit wider! We only had a mid-size rental vehicle, but spaces are a little tight when opening the car door. But overall I give this property and location very high marks. We really enjoyed our stay! Mahalo! Aloha!
Spacious, private and well equipped 2 storey condo easily suitable for 2 or 4. Great location right across from the shore in Poipu. Beautifully appointed and designed. Happy to recommend for a holiday stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Overall it is a lovely place to stay. Short walk to many different places. If there was a downside it was that there was no hot tub in the pool area.

Our family of five loved this beautiful home in Poipu. We enjoyed watching the surfers and fisherman right outside every night. And the sunset was spectacular just to the right. The location was perfect for exploring the north side and the far west side. We did it all from this location. So many great restaurants close by. The beach is a short walk. Enjoyed some great snorkeling close by. The pool was awesome with beautiful landscaping. We loved the home with the windows open-the ocean breeze was awesome.. I will personally recommend this place to my friends. Thank you so much for letting us stay. Hope to be back soon!

This property was managed so well. Excellent and helpful communications before we checked in. The unit was immaculate and well-stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, coffee, as well as full sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. So lovely to be right across the street from the ocean, the waves lulled us to sleep every night. I would be happy to come back here on our next Kauai trip. It was paradise.
Love Kauai but have mixed feelings about south shore. This was a very convenient location and nice accommodation. Wasn't crazy about the carpet or kids hanging out on the road at sunset with their music thumping annoying everyone around. Maybe authorities should enforce the no parking signs posted everywhere.
Wonderful location, property was updated and clean. Would've been excellent if there was a sofa bed, and the instructions for the safe didn't seem to match the safe so was unable to use. When there was an issue, the property manager was responsive.
