The Kaanapali Royal is a quite and gated luxury condo complex located on the 16th fairway of the Kaanapali Royal Golf Course located across from world famous Kaanapali Beach and the Whalers Village Shopping and Restaurant Complex.

Kaanapali Beach is consistently rated as one of the top beaches in the world. This condo is only 5 to 10 minute walk or a free trolley ride to the main shopping and restaurant centre of Kaanapali Beach - Whalers Village. Enjoy an updated 1,800 square foot condo at a rate that is substantially lower than the expensive and small beach front condos.

This large 1,800 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps 4-5. It has amazing views because it is on the top two floors of a 4 storey building. The top floor (4th Floor) features a large private master bedroom with a California King Bed and a large master bathroom with two sinks.
The lower floor (3rd Floor) features a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining and living room with a large lanai (balcony). On the large lanai, you can use the stainless steel Weber BBQ and enjoy views of the pool, golf course, ocean, and neighbouring islands.

This fully air conditioned condo has free Wi-Fi and in room washer and dryer. There is also free long distance calling within the US and Canada. Enjoy the Bose stereo with Bluetooth and large 55' LED Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of including new stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine and Vitamix blender.

The Kaanapali Royal also features a pool, whirlpool, tennis courts, bbq and picnic area, along with secured and gated parking all located on 7 acres of beautifully manicured tropical grounds overlooking a golf course.

The Kaanapali Royal is only a 5 minute drive to Lahaina Town which has a waterfront full of shops and restaurants!

Wonderful condo with an excellent view from the lanai. Although my sense is that the property is older, the owners have done a very good job with maintenance and updating. Our family of four was very happy and comfortable here. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is extremely well-equipped too. Highly recommend!

Our first leg in Hawaii, and our family of 5 enjoyed this place. Spacious enough for everyone to have a spot. The Lanai was where we spent most of our time and it was big! Ocean view in the distance. Kitchen was well stocked and almost everything you need. Also beach gear was present! Walking distance to Whaler’s Village and a small coffee shop made this a good location safe and welcoming. Thanks for a good experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Although not on the beach, the views are amazing and you can definitely walk down. We drove and parked in one of the many free beach parking spots. Everything we needed was there and the check in process was wonderful. Would highly recommend.
