We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo. It was exceptionally clean, cozy, and the view from the patio was absolutely beautiful—we spent every morning and evening enjoying it.The included beach gear was a huge bonus. Having chairs, an umbrella, and other essentials made our beach days stress-free and fun.Most importantly, Tyler was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from booking to check-out. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-kept place steps away from the ocean.

The condo was exactly and described and more!!! The view was incredible, it had everything we needed, and it was steps to the best snorkeling we experienced on the south side. We will definitely book again!

Great property and location. The view is outstanding - better than the pictures! The small sea wall is about 20 ft from the back patio. Excellent snorkeling was about 30 seconds away. A great shave ice across the street. Tyler was easy to work with. Sent all the information and never had to bother him again. Check-in was a breeze. The bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the bedroom cool. We didn't use the TV because we spent all the time on the deck -breakfast coffee, dinner and wine - watching the waves and surfers. Great poke at the Koloa Fish Market which is a short drive. Would definitely come back!

Amazing condo, better host! Tyler was super responsive and took great care of us. Coffee on the lanai for sunrise, watching the surfers and waves crash right outside your back door was super cool. Great restaurant 200 feet from the condo, hiking, shopping and everything you need within 5 minutes. Will be back!
Property is right on the ocean with beautiful views of waves, surfers, and sunsets. Tyler was great to respond to us and we had a great vacation in this small and well located property.

Host Tyler was helpful and provided thoughtful touches for convenience and fun in his studio. The best part was the incredible view and location. I spent hours watching turtles and people surfing, and looking at the stars. There is also an excellent fine dining restaurant just next door, and great tide pooling. 10/10 would stay again. Ocean view from unit is excellent. Tyler was very responsive and helpful. Great Sunset and Sunrise views from the lanai. But if you want to swim or walk on the beach (sand), the closest is a small beach about 100 ft away. Actual Poipu Beach is about half an hour walk away (along the main Lawai road). The stores and restaurants (except for next door Beach House) is 15-20 min walk away. Not a problem, of course, if you have a car. Overall, we loved it!!
This was our 3rd visit to Kuhio Shores and it did not disappoint. We love staying at this location on the island. We can't wait to visit again soon!

We spent the week of December 4-11 in this beautiful accommodation. We loved the location and especially loved being able to sit on the lawn and overlook the ocean. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows to choose from. The kitchen was well stocked and we liked being able to have food on hand. Tyler was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this property.
The property was just as viewed online. Very clean and updated with everything provided that you would need for a stay on the beaches. The kitchen was great with all appliances and utensils that we needed. Beautiful view and sounds of the ocean so close. The location is great for staying on the south side but be prepared for a bit of foot traffic outside the back windows. It didn't bother us once we were aware. Air conditioning in the bedroom was great to have at night. Hoping to return next year!
If you are looking to walk out the door on a sandy beach this is not for you but, if you want a lanai 20 feet from the sea wall where you can see the turtles every morning swimming back and forth to feed and the waves crashing on the rocks there then this unit is for you. Easy parking, easy coin laundry, good furnishings and fantastic sunsets while setting on the lanai. Good sunrises from the grass in front of it with surfers heading in and out 100 feet to the right. Old town Kapaa and all shopping needs are within a few minutes short driving too.
We enjoyed our stay so much it was hard to leave. The condo location was a dream! There was plenty of space for us and our two littles. The king size bed and pull out couch was plenty for us but the air mattress was the highlight of the trip for my 7 year old. The condo was beautifully updated, fully stocked and every detail was taken care of. Tyler was so kind and we hope to be able to stay again one day.

Excellent location and very easy to check in & out. Was fun to watch the waves & surfers in the morning. Bathroom at the property needs some updating. Patio/furniture outside needed cleaning. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning in the bedroom was very loud. Note that the laundry is onsite, but coin operated. Host was excellent, friendly & fave great tips.
Loved the location!! The property is lovely and I would give it a 4.5 if I could, versus the 4.0. It has all of what is needed for beach/ocean play. The bathroom shower floor needs some refreshing. The A/C in the bedroom is very noisy so we used it just one night. However, it was not needed with the overhead fan and windows. Bed is very comfy. The living room furniture needs to be a bit more conversational - maybe 2 comfortable chairs across from the couch. I would go there again! Thank you!
We enjoyed watching the surfers and turtles everyday from our lanai or the grassy area right out front. Short walk to a tiny beach, no crowds, and a nice retreat to get away from it all.
Great room, updated, close to everything yet you feel like your right on the ocean. We saw several turtles from the walk out balcony.

The location is great for snorkeling right outside the door in front of Beach House restaurant. Morning coffee on the deck was always pleasurable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were grateful for a slightly later check out since our flight didn’t leave till 9:30 pm.
The sofa bed wasn’t comfy so both my 2 teen/adult kids opted for the couch/twin air mattress. I think if listed for “4 people,” these sleeping accommodations need improvement. There were only enough blankets for 3 people. Luckily we had brought a small blanket for the plane so could make do. I would have appreciated basic toiletries like shampoo/conditioner, which seems the standard at VRBO/air bnb rentals, and an extra towel or two to get through our stay. Also maybe a drying rack-the rules state that you aren’t to hang things out on the deck but it’s the BEACH!!! Wet towels and bathing suits galore need somewhere to dry! These are just my suggestions.
To end on a high note, we were really grateful to use the snorkeling gear, chairs, etc. These things enhanced the trip. Thank you!
This development is a hidden gem in Poipu. Surfing was great and the sunsets were incredible. The unit has everything you need to settle in and enjoy. The host, Tyler, was incredibly helpful and nice - we had a logistical hiccup with dates and he was kind enough to delay some scheduled maintenance at the unit to accomodate us for an additional night. Whew! We'll be back...
This condo was just as great as I was expecting it to be. The view was amazing, I got sunrise to the left and sunset to the right. Absolutely incredible location, close to the beach and shops. Such a modern place with everything you could possibly need. Loved this place and will return to stay here our next visit. Great communication with Tyler also
