This cute condo on the second floor has one bedroom and bath. Permitted parking is available right in front of the unit. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities of home. There is a balcony overlooking a lush tree belt, away from traffic noise - perfect for drinking your morning coffee and planning the day. We have an onsite pool and laundry facility. Wife and I stayed 5 wks. Found condo to perfect for us. Had everything we needed . Our favorite location on Maui. Would for sure return. Owner was quick to anwser questions we had at start.

Condo was very clean and spacious. Many fans provided to circulate the air flow into the bedroom. We slept on the pullout couch near the air conditioner most nights and it was just as comfortable as a regular bed! We had an awesome vacation and would stay again!

This unit is superior to other units in several respects. It is on the second floor and the balcony faces open land. Units on ground level have the disadvantage of having patios facing the parking lot and foot traffic of people walking by. By being on the second floor there is much more privacy. Passes by can't see in and property on the balcony, such as beach equipment, is far safer. This unit is an easy walk to the street with a nice beach just on the other side of the street. The rental unit has beach chairs, an umbrella, masks, fins, and boogie boards. I brought my own mask and snorkel because I like a specific type of full face mask, but the fins at the unit kept me from having to pack my fins or rent a pair locally. The unit is pretty, comfortable, and is a relaxing place to stay. The main bed is comfortable for sleeping. It was just my wife and I so we only used the main bed. The owner is easy to reach, if needed.

It was a great little spot for our family. Great location with lots to do around it. As the other guests have mentioned the only downside was the lack of AC in the bedroom. Thank you!

We stayed 4 days in Maui. The location of the Condo is perfect...near the beach and near a lot of shops...the area is quiet. The apartment has every thing you need! Everything was perfect
