Easy walk to ocean, but pool was lovely
Very nice stay. Very well equipped and furnished. Plenty of beach towels, mat, chairs. Also some snorkel equipment available. Very close to shopping center. Probably the best feature is really close to Kam 1-3 beaches, great for walking, snorkeling, swimming, etc.Only thing that can be improved is the AC situation. There’s only a window unit in the living room. Mini split would really improve the cooling in the condo.

Great location, easy free parking. Access to pool towels, chairs, etc. Only note, air conditioner automatically shuts off after 6hr timer, so it constantly had to be reset. Otherwise great stay.
Beautiful & very well maintained condo community just steps away from the beach. Well appointed with everything we could need; including snorkeling gear & boogie boards. Excellent location for walking & soaking up beach vibes. Also, great starting location for drives along the coast. Crystal clear community pool & adorable laundry facility on site.
Nice place. I liked the location. It was close to a nice beach but in the back so no street noise. Pretty view off the deck
The condo was clean and conveniently located. We didn’t need to get in the car at all to access the beach, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Walking trails along the shoreline. The king size bed and pull out couch were both comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella were helpful for beach days.
We had a wonderful time staying with our two kids. Location is great, with beach across the road and amenities minutes away. We especially loved the pool area

Clean comfortable condo with a super king bed… great linens! Walking distance to good beaches and a variety of dining options. Nice clean pool and grounds. Teri was very accommodating and kind.
Teri is an excellent host and immediately on top of any issues that came up.
She also allowed us to have a late check out, which was very much appreciated!

There is not a lot to add that hasn't already been discussed in previous reviews. The location is great with everything you need in walking distance. Communication with the owner is fantastic, the property is clean and comfortable. The only negative is the location and efficiency of the AC, the bedroom gets very warm and the unit is too far to make much difference. This didn't detract too much from our stay because by the time we went to bed the temperature had started to drop.

Location was wonderful. Pictures of condo online very deceptive. Place was not clean and just about everything needs repair or replacement. We chose to just make the best of it as we are in beautiful Maui. Would not recommend this condo at all. Staff on location were lovely and helpful.
The location could not be better, everything you need is right there and the owner provides all the beach or snorkel gear you need. We will be back.

Cute, clean, spacious and well-equipped accommodation located on the 2nd floor (stairs).
We'll find everything you need for perfect holidays in Maui. The beach is just few steps across the road. Shops and restaurants are very close. The pool is clean, big and quiet warm. My son definitely enjoy it . Parking is included. Communication is easy and Informations for check are precise.
The AC is situated in the living room, the fresh air can have difficulty reaching the bedroom (we were there at the end of July). But fans are provided.
I highly recommended this accomodation and come back for sure.
Great location for me. Everything you need is local (food, beach, shopping), don't have to get in the car if you don't want to. Easy access to Maui route 31 for getting to other parts of Maui. Only thing I didn't find local was Hawaiian music (though could find some with a short drive)
Do not waste your money and time .there are mouses in the apartment when we arrived the sheets were dirty and had poop mouse and shower bathroom mat carpet room were dirty too .if you want to enjoy a good time in a clean place this is the wrong choice.
Had a very nice stay. The location was great, near the beach and lots of restaurants. It was also very helpful to be able to use the beach chairs and cooler. Only thing is that there wasn’t any soap or shampoo for the shower, so be sure to bring your own.
Cleaning could have been better. We moved the recliner chair and found sand all underneath. Opened the pull out bed and something black and nasty was in it. I mean big like a Brussel sprout size. It was gross. Homeless people are living right in back of our balcony. We cleaned the handle to the fridge ourselves because it was brown and dirty . Also sink had mini ants so we didn’t even cook. The condo itself is cute and was in walking distance to anything you could need. Right across from three beaches as well that were very nice to sit and watch the sunset…
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation provided all necessities, short walk to the beach, close to the pool, BBQ area just behind the condo.
Bedroom can get a bit warm with just the one AC unit in the living room/kitchen area, we found keeping the bathroom door closed and fans going helped quite a bit so it wasn’t an issue for us.
Would certainly stay here again.
We had a fantastic week in this place. It is well equipped a has lots of space. Our kids really loved the pool and it is only few steps the away from beautiful beaches and shopping. The contact with Teri was always very fast and helpful. We absolutely have nothing to complain about. 100% recommendation.
Well located and well managed property. Very quiet. Spacious unit with comfortable bed. 2 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Wife and I stayed 5 wks. Found condo to perfect for us. Had everything we needed . Our favorite location on Maui. Would for sure return. Owner was quick to anwser questions we had at start.
