Great location. Good view of the pool which was fantastic for me to watch over our teens from the balcony. Balcony is double the size of most. Great wifi and TV options. No complaints. We will return.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and as described inside. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and bathroom items. Tami was great to communicate with back and forth. Very accommodating. The beach near by is not the best to walk on if you are going for long walks as the beach can be small if the tide is in.
We absolutely loved our stay! The place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made it easy to settle in and unwind. It was super clean and had everything we needed — the kitchen was fully stocked, and there were great amenities for outdoor fun, too. The location was perfect: convenient yet peaceful. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation.
The apartment is very clean and spacious. Enough room for our family of 5. The living room couch was perfect for 2 little kids. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need for cooking. There are even some board games such as UNO that kept our kids busy between pool and the beach. The lanai is huge with enough seating for big family. The location of the condo is convenient for getting around Maui and visiting various beaches.
Property looked exactly like it's photos. No using an old pic just to show up to old, worn or broken things. Everything was clean and up-to-date, in perfect working order. Great little gem for a superb price. Contact with the owners were quick and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had lots of space for 4 adults. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen which had enough room for more than one person at a time. The condo cooled quickly when air conditioning units were turned on as necessary. We appreciated the use of beach chairs and an soft sided cooler. This is a great location with easy access to the beach as well as all the other amenities of Kihei.

What a wonderful condo. The grounds are immaculate, the condo was spotless, the view breathtaking and location central. We had a fabulous experience. The host was easy to reach and clearly explained the check in/out process and what we could expect to find in the condo. The parking was no problem, the proximity to the beach was perfect, and I could not have asked for more! There were bath towels, kitchen supplies, grills at the pool area, washer/dryer, soap and shampoo, a few coffee filters (cone) and enough to make our stay perfectly enjoyable. The beach chairs and cooler that the host provides are in perfect condition. The condo and patio are spacious for the four of us. If you have any questions the host is quick to respond. I highly recommend this property. If I return to Maui there is zero doubt that I will stay anywhere else.
Our stay at the Kihei condominium was fantastic! It has a great beach location, across the lawn from 8 pickleball courts (!), close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The condo was spotless, very well-equipped, and comfortable. Tami was very responsive to all communications and generous and caring when we faced an unexpected record rainfall and flash flood during our stay. We would definitely stay here when we return to Maui in the future.
This place was perfect for us! We had four adults and a six month old. The pool and bbq area are very well maintained and so easy to enjoy! We took advantage of the tennis courts and awesome field right outside our door as well as many sunsets on the amazing beach that’s also right next to the property. The condo had everything we needed including a great lanai where we had dinner most nights. Communication with the host couldn’t have been better. Thanks for an awesome time!!

Condo was well stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. Felt like an oasis because of the view and the beautiful landscaping. The view of the pool and the ocean were a plus. We would recommend and would return ourselves!
The owners were great and very easy to communicate with. The space was packed with everything we needed for a great vacation in Maui. There was even a cooler and ice packs for when we went on the Road to Hana and hiking around Maui. We especially enjoyed trying out pickleball in the park between the condo and the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

The owners have thought of everything for your Hawaiian experience. From condiments, plenty of kitchen utensils and food storage, to folding beach chairs, snorkels, and beach towels. Would stay here again!
The owners were a joy to deal with from the start. The condo itself is beautiful and located ideally in and around most everything you'll need. The unit itself was great could see the ocean and the pool, very clean and filled with alllll the necessities to have a blast, like beach chairs and containers to take food on the go, extra towels sunblock if needed as well as shampoo and all the cooking utensils one could ever need. I cooked quite a bit due to the convenience, and trust me I've rented from vrbo on every island (4) that's not always the case. Food, fun, activities, beaches all nearby and really close to cover mostly all the bases. I'd suggest this to anyone going to maui looking for the confidence and comfort of knowing where your staying will be perfect for all your needs not just a place to lay at night. We will stay here again if we're back in maui soon.
It was a great time to visit Maui….right before the busy season. This condo was so comfortable and located in a centralized location, making it easy to go to all of our favorite places. It was clean and the kitchen was equipped with anything we needed, especially beach supplies and pickle ball stuff. The best experience was working with Tami - she was so responsive and accommodated ALL of our requests (e.g. early checkin/ late checkout was key due to our flight times). I really appreciated her. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay! The owners had incredible communication, giving us confidence and eliminating any concerns. The space was nice, clean, and spacious. Our 3yo son loved the pool and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The owners communicated in timely manner to some minor issues. Loved the box of chocolate macadamia nuts on the kitchen counter as a welcome gift! Highly recommend this unit and owners!
Absolutely loved our time on Maui! This unit was perfect for my husband and I and one other couple who joined us. We stayed for 9 nights and the location was perfect for exploring nearly every square inch of the island, even roads maybe we shouldn't have ventured on in a rental car (shhh)!
Nearly every morning began with a beach walk, where we saw whales and turtles each time. We typically cooked and ate a big breakfast on the generous lanai before heading out on the day's adventure to different beaches, or experiences. We used the barbecues at the pool one night, without any wait. We easily could have used them more often, we just had so many restaurants we wanted to try!
Everything about the condo was as advertised and the owners were absolutely fabulous from the day we booked until the day we (sadly) had to leave. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and towels for our use, the cleanliness of the unit, and the quietness of the property.
There were zero issues during our stay, but had there been anything unexpected I have no doubt Tami would have been a dream to work with. I can't wait until we can return and would have no hesitation in booking this property again.
We had such a positive experience with this condo rental. The owners were very quick to respond to my questions and I felt they valued me as a customer.
The unit has two bedrooms - the master (king) at the front of the condo with an attached bathroom and a second room (queen) at the back of the condo. AC throughout the unit. Living room area does not have a dining room table but there were a handful of bar stools that my kids sat at for breakfast. The patio has a hightop table for 4 and some lounge furniture for 4. The couch in the living room is a pull out couch and there was a blowup mattress in the closet.
The unit was also well stocked. The kitchen had a kettle, pots, pans, coffee maker, baking dishes, measuring cups, culterly, plastic cups/plates for taking to the pool area, a cooler bag for beach days, and lots more. The second bedroom closet had 4 or 5 fold up beach chairs and umbrella. The hallway closet has a washer/dryer, 5 quick-dry beach towels, first aid kit, and bug spray.
Pool area was a huge hit with my family - be aware kids under 50" are not allowed in the hottub. We had large family dinners poolside almost nightly where we made use of the provided BBQs and outdoor kitchen space (oven and microwave as well).
If I'm ever back in Maui I'll definitely be looking at this condo first! Central Kihei location was perfect for us.
We took our two year old daughter, the pool and large green space near the resort were awesome for young kids and a great spot to watch the sunset. Many swimming beaches a close drive away. The full kitchen/bbq set up around the pool was also fantastic for preparing meals. Good family resort, would return in the future.

We walked the beach down to the humpback whale museum and spent time watching the sea turtles arrive, rest and leave their resting station located nearby. We only had a short drive to restaurants and close enough to the airport that it was not a stressful drive to get there. The condo was clean and it had everything we needed. The owners were prompt with help and very kind and accommodating. We will gladly come back again.
