Situated between the Maui Marriott and the Westin Maui Hotel on Kaanapali Beach, the unit offers seclusion, yet is in the heart of all the Kaanapali fun. Unit 4-111, which is on the 11th floor, offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and the West Maui Mountains. The resort is 45 minutes from the Maui Airport at Kahului and a mere 5 minutes from the historical fishing village of Lahaina. Just a short walk down the paved path you can shop at the upscale outdoor mall, or dine at the great restaurants at Whalers Village.
Our condo features over 1500 square feet of smoke free living space, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and showers, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room complete with LCD TV and DVD. The “Lanai” (balcony) offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and West Maui Mountains.
The recently updated pool and barbeque area is beautiful and the 3000 square foot state of the art fitness center is a welcome addition.
We recently replaced the beds in both the master and guest bedroom and they were both outfitted with protective encasement for your protection.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week while staying at this property. From breakfasts on the lanai with an ocean view, to the close proximity to the beach, a well-equipped kitchen, and ample linens, our family felt very comfortable here.
Given the opportunity, we would love to have a repeat visit. The pool area was lovely too, and mention needs to be made of the friendly and helpful staff as well.

What an amazing stay we had here! The apartment is located at a wonderful resort, steps from the beach. 11th-floor views of ocean and hills. Nice deck. Lots of room, all the comforts and practical provisions one could hope for. We did only a little cooking but the grills downstairs were excellent. Beds super comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect. Whole place very clean. Kitchen adequately equipped. Great tv/cable, and adequate wifi. Very easy check in. Easy parking. We felt very safe the whole time. Super friendly and helpful resort staff. Perfect and near-instantaneous communication with our hosts, who were unbelievably accommodating and kind to us! Jim and Judy, we thank you most sincerely, and hope we can stay in your apartment during our next visit!

This unit was absolutely wonderful! It was very spacious for my family of 5. The mountain and ocean views were magnificent. The unit was well maintained, modern, and gorgeous throughout. My family and I had an absolute blast! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great location and amenities. My family made great use of the pool, beach, and tennis courts.

This exceeded our expectations! It was quiet, clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family. The mountain and ocean views from the condo are absolutely beautiful. The location couldn’t be better, easily walkable to any restaurant, resort, shopping along Kaanapali beach. Great stretch of beach just steps away too. We will definitely stay here again.

It took me a couple days to realize why most of the previous reviews are somewhat vague. It's because this condo is pretty close to perfect, and I'm guessing other travelers want to keep it a secret. Check-in is hotel style - you go to the front office upon arrival to get keys and towel cards. It's easy to find a parking spot in the two-level parking garage. We had a mid-size SUV that fit just fine, while others had full-size SUV's and they were also able to fit. Pro tip: there's a small drive behind the check-in building that you can pull back to unload your luggage, which is much easier than lugging it up the short steps if you're on the garage deck. If you're arriving jet lagged (like we were), and despite the explanation from the front desk. you'll head to building 4, then take the elevator to the 11th floor and it's the first condo off the elevator. We found the condo to be impeccably clean and very well stocked with high-end appointments. To address the previous review, we did not have any complaints with the linens or find any hazardous thresholds or otherwise that deterred our enjoyment of the unit. The dishwasher is a Bosch, which was a dream because it was silent and didn't disrupt any sleeping. To our delight, there was a toy closet that had a Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, two boogie boards, a few floats, a small hard cooler for the beach, a large bag cooler for a grocery run, and some sand toys. The unit, itself, was recently painted, and there were plentiful dishes, kitchen utensils, and pots and pans. The kitchen appliances and television sets throughout the unit were updated and appreciated. The touchless garbage can was a wonder!
Nevertheless, a few issues need to be addressed: 1. The air vents need to be thoroughly cleaned. For example. When we turned on the master bathroom fan, large chunks of dirt and dust came out of the bathroom ceiling vent and fell on the toilet and surrounding area. 2. The connecting threshold between the hallway and the master bedroom is loose and can easily become dangerous for guests. 3. The linens for the master bed need to replaced; the fitted sheets are loose and do not stay under the mattress. 4. The master bedroom mattress probably should be replaced because it saggy and lumpy in spots. 5. More rolls of toilet paper should be provided. 5. All dining room and lower living room windows were missing screens and could not be opened. For mainlanders cooped up in stuffy apartments and homes all winter, open windows and cross breezes are vital!
