Kitchen complete with accessories and love that there’s a washer and dryer we can use. The shopping cart helped us a lot in moving things from the parking to the 3rd floor. Love that they also have beach umbrella, chairs and mats we can use. Thanks, Becky and Mark.

Outstanding location , close to beaches. A small studio that maximizes every square inch. Extremely well stocked with all the little thing to make our stay very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent as well. Absolutely perfect for a couple!

Kihei Akahi D301 is a little gem. It is a lovely well appointed unit that has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there again.
We had a wonderful stay in the Kihei Akahi unit D301. It was super clean, well-stocked, updated, with a very comfortable queen bed, and had everything we could want. It also had a lovely distant ocean view. Becky and Mark are outstanding hosts who left a welcoming note, nuts, and chocolates. So very thoughtful. We will be back for sure.

Second year staying at this condo. Everything we were looking for- location, cleanliness, and condo fully stocked.
One other comment- bed is very comfortable, except pillows were a bit too soft.
This studio is in the back of the property where it is quiet. I did not hear a single human being while I was in the unit. With the windows and patio door open, all I could hear was the wind blowing through the trees and the birds chirping. Everything I needed was provided. I will be coming back.
Loved our time at this cute little condo in paradise. It was as advertised. Our host was more than helpful and responded quickly to any of our inquiries. This was our first vacation rental and probably will not be our last!
We expected a beautiful stay in Maui but were so very pleased with the unexpected comfortable, peaceful, and feeling of being at home in this cozy nest. Being in the very last building away from the street noise/activity might make you think this place is isolated. You are from the hubbub but the lanai lets you know you are in paradise. Surrounded by lush tree tops full of beautiful flowers alive with chattering birds, mountain tops on both sides, and the ocean before you, this is a prime location. Every night when we weren't on the beach watching the sunset, we were on the lanai feeling the magic of Maui. This is labeled a studio but it has everything you need at your fingertips. Becky and Mark have thought of everything. No need to go anywhere else if you want a remarkable visit to Maui. This place is the best!!
Property had amazing view and access to sandy beaches. Close to markets and the hosts communicated promptly and supplied the suite with an awesome starter kit/beach amenities. Would highly recommend!
Truly wish we could give more than five stars. To begin with the communication with the owners has been exceptional. Then our first night here we got in late, the kindest security guard met us in the parking lot and helped us locate our parking spot and made sure we got to where we needed to be. The front office staff were very kind and helpful. The property is exactly what is in the listing. Everything was perfect. We even scheduled another trip back here for the Spring. This set the bar for me for VRBO.
This was the perfect place to stay - beautiful view, quiet and peaceful (birds singing all day), close to the beach, pools, walking distance to restaurants, and the condo has everything you could want, including a full kitchen, laundry, and all the beach gear--chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, coolers. She thought of everything! Perfect Maui stay!

This condo might be small but the owners have maximized the space and storage so you have everything you need and it feels larger than it is. It was great to have an actual queen size bed with night tables in a studio apartment. The owners provide meticulous instructions about the unit and the resort so finding things was very easy. The beach chairs and umbrella looked new. Contacting the owners was also very easy.
The unit is on the quieter side of the building with 190 degree spectacular views of West Maui and Mount Haleakala (and a sliver of the ocean).
The resort is in a great location, across from KAM II with many shops and restaurants within a 15 min. walk.
Would definitely rent this unit again.

This very roomy studio has everything you need for your stay in Maui. One of the best beaches is a 5 minute walk away. We cooked most of our own meals as the Saturday farmer market down the road had lots of fresh produce. There is an organic grocery store a 10 minute walk away as well. Plenty of towels and a change of sheets are available and beach chairs and coolers...even lanterns if you go to see the sunrise at Haleakala (bring a winter coat!). Myna birds roost next to the condo at sunset each evening. There is a cacophony of activity. We loved it. However, the birds are active at night as well from time to time as are the roosters. With the a/c on you can't hear them. I, personally loved listening to the birds, that's part of the reason I love Hawaii so much. Becky was lovely to deal with. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo.

It was our second stay in this very well equipped condo. We missed nothing and enjoyed the amazing view from our Lanai.
The most amazing thing about the property is the ocean view from the lanai. I knew it had one from the pictures but it's much better in person. We watched the sunset from there looking for the green spark. The place is clean and comfortable and comes packed with a lot extra things you can use to help ease your trip. I recommend it to any single person or couple looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
