Welcome to our tastefully renovated and decorated Kihei Akahi studio D-301, that we affectionately call “Our Pearl”.

Kihei Akahi is located directly across from three of South Maui’s most beautiful beaches, Kamaole I, II and III. All three of the Kamaole beaches have lifeguards, showers and restroom facilities and are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding/body surfing, walking, playing volleyball or just hanging out and enjoying the warm sun, perfect water, swimming with giant sea turtles and watching the magnificent whales from late December to early May.

What sets our studio apart from the other studios at Kihei Akahi are the upgraded polarized dual pane vinyl windows (no jalousies) and a dishwasher (only studio to have a dishwasher).

The Kihei Akahi complex has beautifully maintained grounds, two pools, bbq grills, a tennis court and is centrally located within walking distance to several fine restaurants, shopping and activity centers. Our condo is located at the back of the complex away from the road noise and has a private feeling with great views.

From our private lanai you have the benefit of 180 degree views of ocean, the island of Lanai, stunning sunsets during the summer, West Maui Mountains, sun and moon rises and the leeward slopes of the mighty Haleakala.

Being a corner unit, the additional side window provides good light, views of Haleakala and a wonderful breeze that flows through our condo.

You will have the most comfortable and relaxed stay in our condo. We have updated our unit with new decor and furnishings: a dining table that can seat 4, a Beautyrest World Class Brentford Luxury Firm Queen Size Bed, a sofa, a comfy chair, a lanai set and a beautiful custom made tv armoire that has 2 closets and drawers for your clothes as well as extra storage space for your luggage when you unpack and settle in.

For your indoor entertainment, we have a 39' hdtv and a dvd player.

There is a hanging pot rack with a full set of cookware and the gas range is great to cook on with a microwave/fan/light above it. In addition to a coffee maker (we provide the filters), there is a tea pot, a blender, a toaster oven and a spice rack complete with spices. The refrigerator is full size and we are the only studio in Kihei Akahi that has a dishwasher.

This property is in a great location, close to beaches, restaurants, grocery, everything. Easy to watch the sunsets every night. The unit is in a quiet corner of the condo building with all the amenities you need. Becky and Mark have thought of every detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was perfect, great location. We cooked breakfast every morning before we left to explore. Across the street from the beach, beautiful sunsets. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and stores. Easy access to the highway for all the sightseeing we did. Communication with owners was excellent. We were in touch with them before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely stay here again

The lanai at this condo has privacy with no one next to you :) I really enjoyed sitting out there morning and night. My favorite spot! Owners were so amazing to work with. Easy easy check in process. Questions were answered very quickly. Highly recommend this condo.

The condo is in the heart of South Kihei and is in walking distance to key beaches, stores, restaurants. Becky and Mark have created a cozy nest, feathered with thoughtful amenities and necessities. Since it is at the end of the building, no human chatter is heard at all... just the symphony of our avian neighbours.
