The property is conveniently located with one block to the beach and marine research center. We had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom doesn't have an A/C so we kept the door open to let living room AC provide some cool air.
It was amazing! Located in a really great area with so much to do right there. Only one AC unit in the condo so it was pretty toasty but it was tolerable. Would definitely stay here again
The property was more than I had hoped for. The location is right across from a park with beach access and the National Humpback Whale Institute. The condo was well maintained and clean. Extras included dish washing liquid, a washer and dryer with detergent pods, and some beach gear (beach towels, snorkels, flippers, beach chairs and a small cooler). There was plenty of parking close to my unit. The swimming pool and hot tub were convenient, and I enjoyed talking with other guests.I definitely would book another stay here.
We enjoyed the condo. We stayed with 2 tweens. We used the pool and hot tub daily. The accommodations were nice. Parking was great to have close and was free. We were very close to the beach. We cooked a lot of meals in the condo and used the washer and dryer as well. Good spot to stay for the week and take in all the the island had to offer. We would stay again.
We came to Maui to celebrate a family event and would only be in town for a day and a half. We contacted the Management company to request an early check in due to the fact that our flight arrived in Maui at 1 pm and our event was scheduled for 5:00 pm the same day. We were hoping to get into the apartment earlier than 4 pm so that we could shower and get freshened up before the event. We contacted the property manager twice. Management made no effort to accommodate our request. When we arrived at the unit, we became aware that the unit did not have an elevator. Being older ladies, this made it difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs to the unit. Not having an elevator in the building was not listed in the description. Had we known there was not an elevator, we never would have rented this unit. When we entered the unit at 4pm on the dot, the temperature in the unit was around 100 degrees. There was no air turned on to the unit prior to our arrival. (It was clear that no one had been in the apartment prior to our arrival and that an early check in would have been possible) It took nearly a half a day for the apartment to get to a half way comfortable temperature. The bedroom never really made it to a comfortable temperature and never would have without the fan blowing directly on you when you were trying to sleep. We would not use this condo again.

The property and unit was clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the condo met or exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again. Easy checkin process and parking was plentiful. Great for couples and small families.
Quiet clean Condo, great pool. Close to everything on the west side, with a nice quiet beach right across the street. Book this one.
Highlight: walking distance from the beach! So close that you could nearly see the beach & ocean from there the balcony.
The area had very warm weather while we were there (mid-high 80s during the day), so keeping the windows open overnight was super helpful.
In-unit washer and dryer was a game changer.
The property was easy to find from the airport. It was clean and very nice. The beach gear was really nice to have during our stay and we used it daily. There are a lot of good places near by and many beaches within walking distance or a very short drive. The owner was very responsive when i had inquiries and check out was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was great except it was hot in the condo. The instructions are to turn off the AC when you go out. When you return to the unit it is hot and takes ages to get comfortable with the AC running, 2 ceiling fans and 1 floor standing fan
I recommend better blinds in the bedroom to cut back on the radiating heat.
As I said everything else was fabulous. Just cross the road to the beach to swim and see sea turtles or do some beach combing. It was quiet and everyone was friendly.

The property and location were great. We were close to almost everything and having the beach literally out the front door was fantastic. The only miss was not having a broom to sweep up and the dishwasher didn’t work. Overall a great place and a great location!!
We were very impressed with the accommodations of this property including the beach gear for use and the cleanliness. Our only complaint is that the window air unit was in the living room and did not send any cool air to the bedroom. Because it didn't cool done below 70s during our stay, it made for warm nights and uncomfortable to sleep. Everything else was perfect!
The room was very nicely decorated in an hawaiian style interior. Very clean and updated.It comes with everything you need including washer and dryer. Bedroom could use a a/c unit it was a little on the warm side. but does have a/c in the front room. Nice place.

It was a good experience. The free parking was good but a little challenging with the small parking spaces. The condo unit was clean, spacious and everything as advertised. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. A little pricey with the insurance and other fees but a nice place to stay for our short visit to Maui.
I had to have Maui Condo &Homes come over and explain Spectrum streaming and tv. Instructions are not easy to follow bcuz not enough details to put in direction I suppose. Floors need to be redone with new parkay. No books or reading material. Rubber mat would help in shower/bat. My thanks to Austin and another man at Maui Condo for spending the time to explain video tv and streaming. Kathy
Great location and quiet. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable and the property management company was slow responding. I reported a non functioning dryer and it took them 2 days to show up. They couldn’t get it fixed before we left.
This property had everything that we needed for our stay. The unit and property are both well maintained and nicely landscaped. All guests honored the quiet hours, and we had no nuissance issues at all. If we come back to Maui we would definitely stay here again.
