The host and property were amazing. Great location and great unit. Family loved it and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend staying at this unit.

Stayed a week at this property. Loved the central location to many of the big islands best beaches. The house had everything we needed to make our holiday special. Pool and jacuzzi were both just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.
Secluded and Safe in a tropical setting, close to markets and the most fabulous beaches. We really appreciated AC and washer/dryer within the villa. Property owner communication exceptional and provided detail instructions. The pool and jacuzzi area is one of most luxurious, I’ve experienced. The exercise room had update cardio machines and weight lifting room.
Overall everything was great, would absolutely stay here again. Great location, everything was clean, full kitchen for those who like to cook, access to grill, lots of beach accessories, fast internet. Only tiny nit would be the showers need a little TLC but that's about it.
Nice size condo in a quiet complex. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Has beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Walkable to amenities in this area. Host gave very detailed instructions. Check in process very smooth.
I would rate it as a 4.75 as there are a couple of maintenance items that if addressed would greatly improve experience.
Both downstairs and upstairs shower heads are partially plugged and sputter a very low volume of water. The Downstairs bath only sends a small amount of the water up to the shower. I felt guilty wasting this water, but it took time to get soap out of hair. We are low impact folks, prefer ceiling fans to AC. The ceiling fans in bedrooms are very loud. Just need to be balanced.
It was amazing. The house was clean and there was enough space for the four of us. The shower upstarts didn’t work that well. Over all we recommend this location!
Traveled to Kona on kind of a short notice vacation in September. Our family included two toddlers and an infant, and we wanted a place that had some extra space to allow the kids to go to sleep earlier but us to still enjoy our time. We wanted something in the Waikoloa area that was reasonable and close to the beach. We found this unit on VRBO for a good price for the area. The condo was huge compared to others that we've stayed in. It was a nice layout and had everything we needed for the week. Complex was very well taken care of and close to the shopping in Waikoloa and a very short drive to A beach. The kids loved the kids pool and both pools were very well maintained. This property was comfortable and fully equipped for our family of 5. Everything was easy and as stated in the description. Would stay again.
Very comfortable condo. It is the perfect home away from home in a perfect location that is close to many awesome beaches. There was a great selection of beach equipment available. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was very responsive when asked questions. The only complaint would be the showers in both bathrooms lacked pressure that could possibly be corrected with plumbing adjustments.
As usual, we had a great time staying here. So many amenities to make it feel like home. So much to do in the area and the boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc....made our adventures easy! Thanks for providing these. The condo is very comfortable with a lot of space.
Every day we were there was awesome. This location makes it easy to get to multiple beaches, sight-seeing areas or if you just want to hang out in the area, you have the option of walking or just a really short drive to great restaurants, beaches, golf and shopping.
We love Lava Lava, and usually go there a couple times during our stay. I will say, Shipwreck beach, which is really close, typically has very few people. Lots of turtles here and this time I had a visit from a Monk seal.
I can't wait to return.
There were several items about this Waikoloa Colonies condo that we found undesirable. The cleanliness of the condo was not very good. We found that the coffee maker still contained coffee grounds in it as did the coffee pot. The upstairs shower flow is so low making it very difficult to rinse off and could use a hand held shower head instead. The upstairs shower pan looks as if it has not been cleaned in very long time and was stained with dirt. The upstairs toilet would move around and the TP dispenser was so low that the TP would get knocked to the floor most times the toilet was used. Several of the vertical curtains were missing on the downstairs sliding door. At least one of the dining table chairs was taped and glued back together. The condo could use a major remodel. We enjoyed the pool area which was very clean and well maintained.
This is our second time staying at this villa it’s very close to the pool and beaches are short drive ! The villa has everything you need for a beach day to even a great selection of spices for cooking ! Highly recommend our kids loved it
