The condo had everything you could wish for. The facilities were very complete and communication with the owner was perfect. We particularly liked the upper pool in the complex with its tropical surroundings. We would be happy to come back anytime.
We enjoyed the tropical garden patio. We loved that the condo was well equipped from beach gear to kitchen gadgets. The unit feels comfy and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent. The location is great. Very near the upper pool and close to a bbq area. This is a nice quiet part of the complex away from the noisy road.
We had an excellent time. The condo is very well stocked, super comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved everything about the unit. We are kind of clean freaks, so it was lovely to get into a unit that was clean and well cared for. It was well stocked in the kitchen...at the great storage areas had beach chairs, tennis rackets, cooler etc. Wonderful
Loved this condo! Owners were very communicative and lovely to rent from. Condo was super clean and had every ammenity you can think of. Sofa bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on. Would 10 out of 10 stay here again.
We had a great time staying here. Just what we needed to get away from everyday life. The condo was clean, has air conditioning if needed, neighborhood was quiet, walking distance to what we needed. Hosts are friendly and very quick to respond. Would stay again. Mahalo

Very well equipped and very quiet. A bit of walk to the beach. Enjoyed the upper pool with all the families and children. Appreciated the beach amenities (chairs/umbrella/coolers). Would stay again.
Loved this sweet place with a wonderful vibe and location. It also had a great kitchen with everything we needed for cooking and was a perfect home base for exploring Maui. Thank you so much!!
The complex and condo are fantastic. Everything you’d need was provide, plenty of kitchen utensils and storage containers. We loved the condo, the grounds, and the pools. The owners respond promptly to all emails and are easy to communicate with. Thank you and we’ll definitely book again next time we visit Maui.
Enjoyed our stay at Bev and Adrian’s place. It is situated at far end of condo units which was great. We were looking for a quiet place to vacation and this was perfect. Nice and close to the upper pool which we used most days. Appliances were great. I think most were new. Beaches are close enough to walk or a very short drive. Mahalo

We loved our stay here. It was a last minute decision, but worth it! The grounds were beautiful ( a little far from places to walk with littles but we had a car so no problem). We arrived late the first night and someone on a golf cart drove by to check-in with us and help us find our condo ( it gets really dark at night). The staff that worked at this complex were lovely!! There were 2 pools but we mostly stuck to one that never seemed busy. The only small thing we would want is blackout blinds. The time changed really effected us this trip and we were up early! I think if the rooms were darker that would have helped. We were so grateful for ground floor, as my littles often needed a bit of downtime out of the sun, so my husband and I read books on the ground patio. The place had everything you needed to cook meals at home. We appreciated having Tupperware containers for food we prepped ( cut up fruit etc.) that we did not finish and wanted to save for another day. Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife said this condo and this complex was her favorite to date! Air conditioning is super important to us and we never felt uncomfortable here. The air worked great! The place was tastefully decorated, everything worked as it should, and there was plenty of space for all four of us, even being a one bedroom condo. The pull out bed was actually very comfortable! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We saw staff every day pruning and gardening and cleaning. The pools were well taken care of and also had beautiful landscaping. We would absolutely stay at this condo again!

The kitchen was fully stacked. The owners were kind enough to replace the microwave when it stopped working for reasons unknown. They were always responsive on the VRBO chat and ensured we didn't face any problems.
The owners have kept 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear which is very thoughtful of them! We made use of the chairs and umbrella during our one week stay.
The beaches are very near to the condo within 1-3 min driving distance to Eyck sunset or snorkel or just sit at the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this vrbo offering to everyone. We cooked during the stay and safeway is very close by.

We found the condo very clean, updated flooring and bathrooms that were easy to clean/maintain. Was well stocked which was nice so didn’t have to make lots of extra purchases for cooking/cleaning.
The owners are amazing communicators. I had several questions, some silly and some not, and they were very fast to respond and support. (thank you!!) love that it is easy to maintain this unit with a swiffer because, well, sand. I recommend having a pitcher water filter if you are a super taster and mind the water in kihei (city water uses chloramine, so this will be the water everywhere/anywhere you stay). We left a Zero brand water filter12 cup pitcher so maybe if you are stopping at target you can grab a cheap replacement filter and enjoy filtered drinking water during your stay. This is the second time we have stayed at this unit with our a little family. The location is superb. It is quiet, it is breezy, it is clean, it doesn't flood if it rains, it's walking distance to Kam III and easy driving to the best beaches in Makena. The pool has rules, and seems intimidating but if you are spending time with your children and thoughtful of everyone else also enjoying the pool, it has always been a nice experience and our kids have always been welcomed. The bed is comfortable and the AC works nicely but we didn't need to use it in early December with the good ceiling fans.

This was a quiet, clean, lovely place to relax. . .within walking distance to the beach. The only thing missing was a chaise to spend a sleepy afternoon on the unit's lanai. The condo was exceptionally clean and quiet - important factors for my husband and me.
