This condo is located on fifteen acres of amazing landscaped gardens property including waterfalls and ponds. The reflective pools on the property have lovely fountains which have multi-colored lighting at night. The Home Owners' Association provides full time night security guards. It is a very quiet, peaceful and safe location.
This condo is in building two on the second floor of a four story building. The resort has ten four story buildings equipped with new elevators.
You are close to everything in the complex, but far enough away to not hear the beach traffic. Enjoy a perfect view of the lush gardens as well as a partial ocean view from your private lanai.
There is a large family style swimming pool, children's wading pool, adult jetted spa and a family jetted spa. There is a fully equipped workout facility with a view overlooking the pool facility.
There are four regulation tennis courts (no fee) and pro., adult and junior tennis rackets available to rent with complimentary balls. You can enjoy immaculate BBQ stations throughout the property with new equipment and shaded picnic tables. You can easily book activities or tours as there is a booking center in the swimming pool area.
You are across the street from the World Famous Kamaole Beach III. You are within walking distance to a number of restaurants, dining establishments, a short ten minute drive to upscale shopping at the Shops at Wailea, and close to many world class golf courses. You are 30 minutes from the airport.
This is a one bedroom, two bathroom condo. The two bathrooms have black granite counter tops, vessel sinks, a walk in shower in the master bath and a glass shower in the guest bath. There is porcelain flooring throughout the entire condo.
The unit has a split air conditioning system (installed in May 2020) which keeps the unit cool.
Wireless Wi Fi.
The kitchen is well equipped with numerous cooking utensils including a slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, hand mixer as well as various spices
There is a 60 inch flat screen T.V. in the living room as well as a smaller flat screen T.V. in the bedroom.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.
We also provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella for the beach, beach towels, hair blower, iron and ironing board.

We had a great stay at this property. Condo was exactly as stated. Very nice remodel. Kitchen had everything we needed. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa. Very comfortable. We had use of beach chairs and umbrella. Condo is close to pool. Communication with Arlene the owner was great - very easy checkin. We definitely will stay at this condo the next visit to Maui.

The unit was just as advertised. Had all the amenities I needed and then some. The property managers I worked with were great. They kept me up to date on the fires on Maui and offered guidance as to whether to have my vacation or not. They answered all of my questions and provided information to me as it came out of the news outlets. I was provided my unit information in plenty of time and was 100% accurate. Would love to work with them again in the future and stay in the same unit. Thanks to all!!

Unfortunately, my friend and I had to cancel our vacation at the last minute due a medical emergency. As sad as we were to miss our lovely vacation to Maui, Arlene was wonderful to work with and gave us any information we needed in a timely manner to submit to our travel insurance. She communicated clearly and concisely with instructions prior to the trip as well.
We know the Kamaole Sands is a wonderful property and we will for sure book Arlene's condo again when we can return.

The unit was very clean, the pictures were accurate. The complex is nice, with nice amenities. If we were to stay in Kihei again, this is the first place we would look for.

We loved our stay at Arlene’s Kihei place! We felt at home immediately when we checked in-the spacious and clean rooms are tastefully decorated, and it is located in the well maintained community nested in the middle of Kihei. It was super easy to go to different places and food choices were abundant. We will definitely come back next year!
