We enjoyed our stay, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Check-in was easy, and we had no issues whatsoever. Our daughter loved the pool, and we all loved going to the Beach Club. We hope to return in the future!

We had a great stay here, the condo was really wonderful. No complaints. The garage is a bit small but there are plenty of parking spots outside. Wish we could have stayed here our whole vacation.

Thanks to the wonderful hosts of this home our stay was perfect! Centrally located to all things needed. The condo was beautiful, very clean, a side from personal groceries for meals you plan the kitchen is stocked with anything you’d need for cooking. No need to over pack beach towels or beach gear the garage is also stocked with anything you need. Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry detergent and dryer sheets were all provided for your convenience. We had a lovely time taking morning walks on a different beach each day, snorkeled every afternoon after a day of exploring different parts of the island, evening swimming in the pool and soaks in the hot tub that’s only a short walk from the condo.We look forward to coming back soon, still so much more to see and explore.

This is our 5th time staying at the Fairways. This unit is in a great location in the complex. The lanai is open and airy compared to other units. We enjoyed BBQing right on the lanai and sipping our favorite wine while watching the sunset. The townhome is equipped with all of the necessities for a great stay! The owner is very responsive. We highly recommend this townhome.

We have stayed at various units in the Fairways and found this one to be the best equipped/cleanest. Also really appreciated being able to use the garage for parking which we have not been able to before. Last time we were at the complex, pool was closed so was very much enjoyed this go around and unit is a short walk. Unit has great sunset views and we were lucky enough to catch a fabulous fireworks show from the Fairmont. The photos show 2 twin beds in the downstairs bedroom but were combined when we stayed which is actually preferable and found to be quite comfy. Another plus, plenty of beach towels. Had to laugh because I looked all over for them when we got there. Found them to be in a bin inside the downstairs bedroom closet, labeled which I missed. Only downside for us was that the large beach umbrella in garage has definitely seen some things. If we had known, would have happily grabbed another when we were at Costco. All in all, fantastic visit and would absolutely stay again. Oh wait, we are, in the fall :-) Thanks for a great time!!

I’ve stayed on the big island before near this neighborhood. And really enjoyed this one. It’s very convenient to everywhere, is a great launching point for driving anywhere. We saw the volcano eruption and it was just magical! Explored all over the island. Just a great stay altogether.

We enjoyed our stay in this Fairways condo. Only suggestion is the lower twin beds are really more like cots and actual beds would be more comfortable. Otherwise the rest of the furnishings are great. Unit had everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation and we definitely will consider this unit for our next visit.

We loved everything about this property - great location, lovely spacious home, every amenity you could possibly want or need (from cooking supplies to spices, laundry detergent, beach equipment, clear and helpful instructions, beautiful big pool, access to the gorgeous private Mauna Lani Beach Club. Perfect in every way!!!! Will definitely be back!!
