KItchen was very well equipped. Pools were beautiful and very well maintained. There was even a tranquility pool on the property as well as two community pools.The air conditioning system broke which made it difficult for our 6 month old grandson to sleep but Sandra was very responsive and got the system fixed as quickly as she could. She compensated us an extra day at the end of our stay which was extremely helpful. I certainly would rate this her as a excellent host.
This is a very nice property. It is equipped with everything from kitchen to beach and pool gear. Perfect for a family of 4. There are stairs and steps, and the loft's ac unit was a bit moldy. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Excellent property! Convenient location in the North Shore. Comfortable beds/linens, fully stocked kitchen, lots of beach gear available for use, convenient community pool. This property is clean and the air conditioning worked great. The property manager communicated with us often to ensure we had no problems accessing the unit and provided clear check-in/check-out instructions. We would love to stay here again!
Worked for what we needed and was enough space for 4 adults. Needs a good deep cleaning. Replace the cracked toilet seat as it pinches. All bath towels need to be replaced as they have a terrible mildew smell. The electrical breaker trips every time the microwave is used. Couldn’t leave the front door open for a breeze because the screen door doesn’t latch. Only the bolt lock works on the front door. Was given the wrong pool code and had to ask someone to let us in. Location is good. Wouldn’t show the resort pool photo if it’s not available for guests. Convenient location for golf, PCC, beaches etc.
If your idea of fun is spending your vacation time in Hawaii repairing someone else’s condo then this is the place for you. Be prepared to do laundry almost daily (with your own laundry soap)as you are blessed with 1 worn out towel per person (also bring your own shampoo and soap) for the duration of your stay. I have slept on softer beds in China and the pillows are old, nasty and way beyond their natural lifespan. The relaxing patio area includes a view of an empty golf course hole with a back drop of the highway. While on the patio embrace the warmth of the a/c unit on your back that doesn’t even cool living area inside (be prepared to be warm especially in the loft) The 12 min (3/4 mile)hike to the beach is for professionals only especially in the heat and humidity and everything in this location worth doing is part of the Ritz.The host seemed nice but had difficulty changing my reservation months in advance. You will need a car and there are small towns and villages to visit that are close but traffic will slow you down. Lei Lei’s is the best and so is Seven brothers burgers, Ted’s bakery for sure.
This is a prime location for a great north shore vacation. You are a 10-15 minute walk from the Ritz, which has delicious restaurants, a beachside bar with great drinks, access to turtle bay beach (with free parking) and a fantastic coffee shop. You are a 5 minute drive from Kahuku food trucks which are amazing!! So many options. Try babadi sushi and Ry’s poke. And you’re a 15-30 min drive from Haleiwa which has tons of great restaurants and shops. There are many beaches nearby for snorkeling and swimming. The unit itself is great. Bed was super comfy and kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. The balcony overlooking the golf course is lovely too. The community and the pools are really nice. The unit has air conditioning that you can use as needed. Beach gear was provided, including a cooler, 2 chairs and toys, which was great. The chairs are pretty old and beat up but it was nice to have them. Sandra was super responsive and wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay again!
This was an amazing property on the north shore. We got to experience everything we couldve hoped on our trip. From snorkeling with sea turtles to hiking and exploring the volcano and coastal trails. Our host was the best she kept in contact and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for a care free stay at an amazing place!
Location of condo was excellent. Turtle Bay beach which is excellent for swimming and snorkeling is a 10 minute walk. We bought our groceries from Foodland which was a 12 minute drive. The only thing lacking was a gas BBQ. There are charcoal BBQs on site, but we did not have kindling or starter fuel to ignite the coals.
We were really happy with the apartment's proximity to food, activities and beaches on the North Shore. It was very quiet and the apartment was well stocked. There were little things that could be improved (new pillows, toilet paper holders, working hair dryer). Also, the twin bed needs replaced badly. Otherwise, everything was in good shape and we appreciated the AC to keep air flowing.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the estates at Turtle Bay. Accessing the parking / property was easy peasy. The host was very communicative throughout. The building is a bit on the older side (i.e. has wall A/C units rather than central HVAC), but the kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated. The condo had a good amount of kitchen supplies, towels (beach / bath), as well as mats and other beach-going stuff. It's a little bit of a trek to walk to the Turtle Bay resort beach (especially with the little ones). Note: as a resident of the condos, you can use most of the resort amenities like the restaurants, but you cannot use the beach furniture or the hotel pool. The condo has it's own nice pool close by, which we used a few times. Would definitely recommend!

The place was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to do your own cooking. There was lots of room for 4 people. There are grocery stores just a short drive away in either direction and a large food truck area just down the road in Kahuku. There are 8.5 miles of walking trails at the resort and multiple deserted beaches that you can just walk to. We saw sea turtles or monk seals on these beaches every time we went to one of them. I would stay here again in a heartbeat
It's a beautiful location. Walking distance to beaches. When we used the microwave and air conditioner at the same time it would trip a circuit. The stove burners would not stay on. We kept going back and forth to two different burners to cook.
The great: Location for access to north shore beaches.
If you snorkel, you must go to 3 tables and electric beach, these two locations can not be beat on the island.
Area is beautiful, explore each area of the Island, each has something different to offer. Nice to be away from the chaos and congestion of Honalulu etc. Driving is easy and seems shorter than it is, even with traffic once you slow down to Island speed!!
Leather couch is spacious and super comfy, at least for the little time we spent sitting down.
The ok: As mentioned, the condo could use some TLC, ceiling fan blades are gross, bathroom towel bar is loose and seems to want to come off, toilet in main bath runs and needs repair. Main bed A/C loud for sleeping, but easy to shut off prior sleeping with fan running and other A/C units running keeps things pleanty comfy.
Only two beach chairs, no beach umbrella, but three beach mats come in handy. Oh, and the ceiling leaked in the main bedroom during two rains overnight. Good that it was over the floor and not the bed ha, ha.
Nice kitchen with granite counters and more than enough plates, pans, supplies for any meal.
We really enjoyed our stay, and am being picky about the minor imperfections, but I think they are good to know.

My friend and I stayed here for a week. We’ve been to Hawaii more than 15 times and wanted to stay in North Shore to get away from the Hustle and Bustle of Honolulu. Location is PERFECT - access to Turtle Bay Beach and to all the other beaches were amazing!
The only thing I must warn is the power fuse going out few times when cooking or using the microwave. AC didn’t work well on the 2nd floor as well as the bedroom downstairs. The loud noise coming from direct neighbors (I believe they had kids) kept us from getting good sleep the entire stay. The power also went out completely one time (I believe that was the entire location). Besides the power, AC and loud noise it was an overall good place to stay!!
We had a wonderful time at this condo. We have stayed in this area before but across the street at some other condos. This location is the best of the best if you want to be on the North Shore. Be sure to walk down to turtle Bay and see the sunset at night. We enjoyed beach days at turtle Bay beach which is open to the public and you can rent cabanas umbrellas, etc. It is a beautiful place to spend a beach day with public restrooms and a place to shower off, especially if you have kids if you are a snorkeler It is a mellow bay. Also try out sharks Cove which is not far away and snorkel in the deep area north of the shallow Cove. We saw turtles and hundreds of beautiful fish. Everything for our stay was wonderful. The air-conditioning worked very well, which was a must for us. This was the perfect little condo for our family of four.
The condo was well equipped with beach towels, 2 beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, AC worked well, nice sitting on the lanai eating breakfast overlooking the golf course. Easy walk to beaches and resort. Got to catch the sunset, really cool. Nice pools, quiet area. A couple of tips, do a Costco run before going to Northshore. There is a Foodland about 10 minutes away but better to stock up at reasonable prices. Lots of Turtle watching within walking distance. Overall, a great time was had by all.
Nice property, grounds, pools and common areas. It was really nice to have the beach equipment. Walking distance to Turtle bay resort and surf school entrance. The down stairs bedroom AC worked for a couple hours the first day and then only blew hot air. left the door open and used a fan with no problem. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Only one towel per person. Top sheet on main bed was the wrong size. No bath soap. Bathroom toilet upstairs had a bad odor and was unclean. Extremely noisy A/C unit in main bedroom.

Great location, the kitchen was well stocked and they kindly provided beach, snorkelling gear.
However - the property needs a proper clean - White towels in bathrooms had dirty marks on them , pillows were stained in bedroom and the property is tired and needs updating.
The North Shore is such a special place and this condo is in an amazing location. Lots of beach access nearby and a fantastic grouping of fruit stands and organic shave ice across the street. Sandra was fantastic to work with and was always responsive to any communication. We have stayed in other properties in this same complex and the lanai was such an added bonus. Our family loved the extra amenities and the beach toys were enjoyed by our kids. We highly recommend. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
We appreciated being able to utilize some of the Turtle Bay amenities, but some repairs and upgrades are desperately needed to make us want to come back again.
Location of this townhome was great! Close to everything on the North Shore. Grocery stores and food trucks all within a 10 minute drive. The restaurant on the golf course was the hidden gem for us. The condo has great space and the kitchen was large. The only negative for us was the beds aren’t that comfortable and the lighting was lacking. A lot of burnt out light bulbs. Would definitely stay again!
