Great townhome and community. Spacious living area and wonderful lanai. Right across from Grand Waillea so access to all of the beaches in the area was great. Jeff was very helpful in communicating and greeting us upon arrival. .

We had an amazing time at the Ho’olei townhome. The location in Wailea is convenient with a short walk to the beach and walking/driving distance to great shopping and restaurants. This gem of a property has amazing views of the pool area (which is beautiful) and views of the ocean in the distance. Well appointed with all of the kitchen accessories needed as well as beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, etc. our family of 8 adults were all very comfortable and it exceeded our needs. Highly recommend!
Absolutely gorgeous! Everything was perfectly clean, check-in process was easy, plenty of kitchen essentials, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels even a cooler and small trailer if you carry a bunch of stuff to the beach, checkout instructions were easy. The views from the porch are terrific!!!! We loved sitting out there in the morning enjoying our breakfast and again in the evening to grill out and relax. The pool and hot tubs were a great way to unwind late in the afternoon. The neighborhood was quiet and the location near the beach, restaurants, food and gift shopping made it easy to access just about anything you need. The home was perfectly decorated just like the pictures showed. We absolutely couldn't have chosen a better home for our stay!!
Nice condo for 6 adults (3 couples) for a few days in Maui. Good location, amenities in the kitchen, and lanai.
We stayed here for almost a week in early May and it was hard to leave! The communication prior to arriving was excellent and much appreciated. We were in immediate contact with one of the property managers upon landing. They accommodated an early check in for us and he met us at the house, showed us around and how to use some things and answered all of our questions! The house was extremely well stocked with all kitchen utensils and pans for cooking in. We utilized the BBQ as well! We were pleasantly surprised to find the house stocked with beach towels, some beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler, as well as a wagon we used to pack things back and forth to the pool. We traveled with young kids so this was a huge blessing! The pool was amazing. We walked right down the hill and swam every evening after spending the morning at various beaches minutes away. The location of this villa was perfection. Walking distance to the beach walk, shopping plaza, coffee shops and more. Our favorite spot for happy hour was Pint and Cork with great appetizers and cocktails! It is in the shopping plaza a short walk up the road. The villa felt very secure in a gated community. We did golf at one of the properties on site and the views were incredible. The villa itself was very clean and well kept, plenty of linens as well. They provided soap for the washing machine, and all cleaning supplies and garbage bags. Check out was very simple, and quick! Overall our stay was fantastic so many memories made and we can’t wait to come back. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Our family of 7 adults enjoyed our stay tremendously and all our expectations were met and exceeded. Check-in and check-out were easy. The unit was very clean and was well-stocked for cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Every small appliance you could need was available and in like new condition, as well as spices and a small supply of oil. The welcome basket of coffee, chocolate and other treats was a nice surprise. Equipment for fun pool and beach days were great to have -- 3 boogie boards, beach chairs and towels for 8, beach umbrellas, beach cart and rolling cooler. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we enjoyed barbecue dinners several nights. There was easy access to the pool as this unit overlooks the pool area. We would wholeheartedly recommend and stay at this unit in Ho'olei again. Mahalo!
This is a beautiful home with a wonderful view, conveniently located nearby shops, beach, and poolThis home does not feel like a rental. It’s very clean and well maintained and superior quality built home.Rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the family room and balcony. Make a great hangout for gathering for food or fun. We will definitely return one day thank you.!
Beautiful large condo. Amazing location.
Great location, amenities, condo layout, and recommendations on things to do in Maui from the property owner. Beautiful sunsets over the ocean visible from the lanai. The property is showing its age. Fortunately, the property manager was very responsive. AC upstairs failed day 1, but was resolved in 24 hrs. Microwave failed but was promptly replaced. The front door did not work correctly, and the sliding door had issues. Overall, a great stay though.
Gila’s home was beautiful and spacious, exactly what we needed for family time and to retreat to our own bedrooms in the evening. The sunset views were great each night, and the location is in close proximity to beaches and restaurants. We were only a short walk to Wailea Beach and the beach path as well.
We had a problem with the dishwasher and it wasn’t able you be repaired while we were there, but Avila generously offered to make it up to us with a late evening check-out.

The residence was beautifully furnished, complete with everything a family would need to enjoy their vacation. The Ho'olei Wailea is a lovely gated community and ideally situated with easy access to beaches and shops.
Pictures do not do this beautiful property justice. All that is entailed in the description and the photos that you go through, are magnified one hundred times when you physically step onto this gorgeous property. Everything inside is very well kept and full of many accommodations. The amenities are exactly as listed and did not fall short of any expectation. The view from the lanai is absolutely magical! You can see the waves of Wailea beach right from the property! Sailboats passing by and mesmerizing sunsets. All that you needed to go to the beach or take a dip in the pool was available right on the property. Speaking of the pool, what a beautiful setting and environment. The pool and jacuzzi are relaxing and very enjoyable. The property manager was very attentive and courteous. They greeted us right upon arrival and showed my family and I around the property. Our stay was memorable and we definitely plan on coming back and staying at this property again. I highly recommend it!
Amazing place to stay when you are in Maui. The condo has an amazing lay out so you can be with family and enjoy your private time. They also had some great notes printed for you and some with maps to make it easy. Loved that we could walk to the beach and shops. Our family agreed that when we come next year we want to stay int he same place!
We met family in Maui for a family vacation. This home is an excellent location for adults and children. The property is conveniently located and minutes away from multiple beaches. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the pool.
Wonderful time visiting Maui with family and friends. The property is beautiful with stunning views and close to everything in Wailea. Enjoyed the pools, luaus, Mt Haleakala, Io Valley and more. Nothing as relaxing as spending time in a beautiful location with family and friends.
The house was amazing. Daisy and Eric made the whole process (entry, learning about the house and property) easy. There is a wonderful pool close by, workout facility, and everything you could want in the house. The view from the deck is spectacular.
This property is beautiful. Property managers are so nice. The condo is by far the nicest we have ever stay in. It is well appointed and the kitchen is stocked with everything a cook could possibly need. I would give this stay a “10” if there were more stars. We had a wonderful time in Wailea. Highly recommend
My family of 4 enjoyed our New Year’s week at this beautiful property! It was clean, well appointed, spacious, and in a great location! The host was responsive to our challenges getting the grill to work and sent someone to assist the next day. The only things lacking were beach bags and food storage items for picnics but we improvised. We will be back!

This immaculately clean spacious condo was a treat! The only issue was a shower. The water was only really hot or very cold. I told the management and hevsaud he would contact the owner.
