    Beautiful second home of kama'aina family right next to Mauna Lani's white sand beaches with access to a pool, spa, and grill area that face the ocean. The villa provides utmost privacy and beauty with spectacular pond, ocean, and sunset views.

    This third floor corner penthouse is in Building K and away from the other buildings, the pool area, and the adjacent hotel; making it extremely quiet, tranquil, and peaceful. It overlooks historic royal fishponds that will remind you of old Hawaii. You can see the ocean over the ponds and the beach is just steps away. Snorkeling here is regarded as some of the best on the Island with live coral, colorful reef fish, and protected green sea turtles.

    The exquisitely appointed villa is 1,150 sq. ft. with an additional 330 sq. ft. lanai that opens to both the Living Room and the Bed Room. You can enjoy ocean breezes, watch fish jump in the ponds, and see amazing sunsets. The unit is very spacious with a 24' vaulted ceiling, floor to ceiling mahogany shutters, and is carpeted throughout. It comes with a king bed, two luxurious bathrooms, and a lovely kitchen that gets the morning sun.

    Mauna Lani Terrace condos are next door to the Auberge Hotel which is rated as the best resort on the Big Island. Guests can just walk to the hotel's conveniences; to the homeowner's beach; and to the highly rated Napua restaurant. In addition, there are several shops, restaurants, and a Foodland grocery store nearby. The 5-star resort also has two famous 18-hole golf courses, historic hiking trails, and a world class Fitness Club with tennis, pickleball, lap pool, spa, and gym facilities.

    The villa is available for two adults provided they do not need to quarantine. Minimum stay is 5 nights and there is no separate cleaning fee. The unit is accessed by outside stairs, is strictly non-smoking, and no children or pets are allowed. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to recover any non-refundable cancellation charges.

    Please check with the owners on availability as the calendar may not be up-to-date and we can sometimes release dates that we may have blocked for our family use. We live on the island, are happy to answer questions, and do not accept booking dates that are more than a year away....

    We enjoyed our stay at the condo and we’re pleased with the amenities of the property. It is a walk up, so a little difficult with luggage. The beach club and the pool were very nice as was the property for walking around. Condo was well furnished and comfortable. Communication was great with the owner

    An impeccable property with beautifully appointed interiors, lovely views and a peaceful, tranquil setting. The host was great to work with and always available. The kitchen thoughtfully stocked with the staples you need (spices, condiments, etc). All the comforts of home in paradise. We were sorry to leave and hope to return again soon. Mahalo.

    The condo was immaculate and the setting was amazing. Extremely peaceful and great views of the fish ponds and the ocean in the distance. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed watching the sunset for the ocean front chaise lounges that are available to Mauna Lani Terraces residents & guests. The pool are was great as well.

    As the property description says, an exquisite luxury apartment! From its great location (within walking distance of an amazing beach, walking paths and golf courses and centrally located to all points on the Big Island) this clean, comfortable and well appointed luxury condo with a fantastic view from the lanai is a MUST rent. Compliments to the owner who ensures that everything with the rental is seemless ensuring a stress free stay. Will most certainly stay here again!

    A serene beautiful property in an amazing location. I was able to watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony or from the beach which is just steps away. Incredibly - there were flying fish in the pond in front of the patio. I appreciated that there was no loud hotel/ resort noise but the resort was close enough if you wanted to visit. The lights in the property are a bit dim but the patio is large and very sunny. The condo is very well stocked for cooking - and definitely appreciated the wonderful Hawaiian coffee. I would definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation. I’ll be back.

    We had an amazing stay. The villa was spacious, well-appointed and perfectly located. We loved walking to the beach club and lounging in their chairs. It was also a quick walk to the Auberge for their breakfast buffet or a nice dinner. The property was quiet and peaceful. We would love to return!
