Wonderful hosts who obviously invested a good deal of thought into creating an “Aloha Environment.”
Dreams really do come true on Maui! My husband and I had the best trip. From the cottage, we enjoyed views of the mountains and the ocean. Loved having breakfast daily on the lanai, listening to the birds and watching the sunrise. It was quiet and serene- no pool with screaming children or crowded parking lots! The perfect place to really enjoy paradise. The cottage was ideal- beautifully decorated, well maintained, and a true delight to stay in. We had everything we could need and more. Tom and Denise are fabulous hosts! We can’t wait to return.
My wife and I spent a week here. Very clean and well-maintained property and a roomy and comfortable place to relax after an active day. We cooked dinner in several days and took advantage of the nearby Wialea restaurants others. The host is friendly and happy to share information about the area. It's a great location for the south beaches, Wialea, Kihe, and easy routes to the rest of the island.
This property exceeded our expectations, it was so clean and spacious. Amazing location in Maui Meadows. You're close to the action but the neighborhood is very quiet. Would totally stay here again!

This is a great ohana located just up the road from all the tourist action, resorts and beaches. It is a quiet retreat with a nice kitchen, lanai and living area. Tom the host was great resource for local info.
We had an wonderfull stay at the property. 11 Days wasn’t enough. Everything worked well out and the House is super located. Thank you for the stay. Dominique and Oliver
You couldn't ask for nicer, more considerate hosts than Tom and Denise! When you arrive, you will notice that they have paid close attention to all the little things that will make your Maui vacation easy, comfortable and memorable. Their cottage is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, in a very desirable part of Maui. You are a just a short drive away from beautiful Mokapu and Ulua beaches, which are great for all beach activities, including notably the most beautiful sunsets! And you'll be close to the Shops at Wailea, featuring top quality art galleries and boutiques. All the restaurants and stores of Kihei are also just a short drive away, but when you return to the cottage you will have your peace and quiet. Enjoy!

Had a great time at Tom’s cottage and he was a wealth of info on the neighborhood. Cottage was clean and well kept!
A private cottage with gorgeous blossoms surrounding it and a view to the ocean as well as the mountains, all enjoyable from the deck while we sit outside in the shade or sun (whatever our preference), the place is as beautiful as the photograph. The interior is also clean, spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. More than that, it also has essentials for packing picnics, like a cooler, ice-packs and storage containers. We made good use of them for our day trips.
For us it was a trade - off, staying in a quiet neighborhood and hopping into the car to access amenities, rather than staying in a more central location within walking distance of everything. Amenities are close at hand with a vehicle, just a few minutes drive to beaches, shops, grocers and ocean walks, as well as a great location from which to head out on day trips. Even the Hana Hwy. is manageable within a days framework.
For grocers, you've got the pick of regular stops like Safeway, Times and Foodland and for the more health conscious and the vegetarian/vegan, Hawaiian Moon Natural Foods is a great fit. It carries the raw ingredients for home-made muesli, and well as nuts, seeds, beans and grains in bins, making it possible to purchase just what you need for the time you're vacationing. We also had a favorite Farmer's Market, just a little north of Foodland and on the ocean side.
Between different vendors its open every day but Sunday.
We enjoyed a personal welcome from the owner, as well as a lovely welcoming basket, and the use of the upper/shared deck with a great overview of the ocean which features Maui sunsets.
We found the cottage a wonderful relaxing place to stay, and appreciated quiet evenings on our deck after our days spent on the beach or sightseeing.
