Property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable, well maintained and had every amenity that could be desired. Great having laundry in unit with soap and dryer sheets provided. Kitchen was large and new with dishes, pans, cooking utensils and even some condiments provided. The view from the large balcony with table and chairs and lounge chairs was spectacular of the ocean and golf courses. The host provided additional beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool floats and even snorkeling gear We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the resort which provided towels, umbrellas and chairs. They provided lounges and chairs for beach use located right in front. My husband and I slept in the 1 separate bedroom with lovely linen on the very comfortable king bed and my sister in the living area on the very comfortable Murphy bed. There were pull out beds in the 2 couches but we did not use them. We all loved our stay and highly recommend the property and hope to return soon.

Fabulous views, great condo and perfect location! Communication beforehand was clear and detailed. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. The view from the lanai is breathtaking! There is everything you could need there including beach chairs and an umbrella. The location is great-walking distance from so many shops and restaurants! The pool is nice but is 5-6 feet deep everywhere. My kids are older and good swimmers so it wasn’t a problem, but something you should know if you are planning to use the pool. We found that all indoor seating is very low to the ground which can be difficult for people with hip and knee problems. We had an amazing vacation, and we definitely hope to return soon!!!

We were thoroughly impressed with the property, and all of the details considered. We have a Vrbo condo as well, and impressed with the intuitive details and labeling that made our stay incredible. And the location and pool are top notch!
Lovely unit with very nice kitchen and laundry. Pretty view of Blackrock beach area and lush mountains. Good sized bedroom and vanity area. Pull out couch and single “Murphy” bed just right for the teens. Thank you, Jim!
From the moment we walked in until we checked out everything was great. The view is amazing! Has everything you need and more. We’ll be back. Can’t think of anything that wasn’t wonderful.
This unit was perfect for us, plenty of space with great views. The location of this property is amazing, so close to the whalers village for shopping and dining, close to black rock, great beaches. Would recommend and will be back.
My husband and I spent 10 days in Maui at this amazing condo. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Here are some of the highlights:*It has a great view from the balcony and is steps from the beach and the pool. *We loved the location. It was a short walk to a variety very good restaurants with ocean views.*The condo comes equipped with a number of beach items. We used the beach umbrella and snorkel equipment several days.*The kitchen was well equipped and nicely updated. Dish soap, dishwasher soap and paper towels were included which was so helpful.*It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and detergent was included. *The Whaler has a beach towel service and beach chairs readily available at no extra cost. *The condo was clean, comfortable and there was plenty of closet/storage space. *We had one very stormy day, so we appreciated the wide variety of TV channels to watch while we rode out the storm.*The check in/check out was by far the easiest of any VRBO we've stayed; it took minutes on both ends of the trip.*We rented a car, so appreciated the free parking and access to undercover parking (though the undercover spots were not always available).The bottom line...we loved every minute of our time on Maui, were very happy we chose this property and would definitely stay at any one of Jim's Whaler condos if/when we return!

Such a comfortable condo with an amazing view and fantastic location. Most days I had difficulty deciding if I liked hanging out on the lanai or directly on the beach, which was just steps away. Great location for a wonderful family vacation.

The Unit was very nice. Only negatives were the Pidgeon's. They are nesting in the faux flower boxes and their copious amounts of poop had us cleaning the lanai several times and there was 2 days that the stench was such that we just shut the door and stayed inside
