Well kept, good location, great value
The property is well maintained. It’s in a great location!
Beautiful location, comfortable bed, and nice space. We were disappointed with the construction that took place directly under our deck on 4 out of 5 days. When I contacted the owner, who is very responsive, I was told this is an older resort and that work on it is to be expected. I regret that my vacation investment was not as peaceful as I had hoped, and that our view was marred by caution tape and heavy equipment. I think the property management should have notified the owner, so we could have been warned. I would have cancelled! I won't take the risk at this resort again. Otherwise lovely.
We enjoyed Terry and Linda’s condo. It was clean and matches the representative photos. We loved the easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The view from the lanai was gorgeous. And the Napili Shores complex was in great shape - we didn’t use the pools or grills but they were clean and in use by others. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
This is our third time staying in this unit. We've never had a bad experience. We intend to stay here on our next trip to Maui.

Great location and very neat and clean. Would have liked two televisions rather than just one. We called the on island contact to see if the room was ready about 45 minutes before check in time and did not get a call back.
This room exceeded my expectations. Morning coffee and dinner were enjoyed on the lanai with a beautiful ocean view. Beach chairs / gear and ice maker were appreciated! Napili Bay directly below, and Kapalua Bay within walking distance. Very comfortable stay!
The grounds are immaculate. The ocean view is incredible. The unit is clean and just as expected.
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it always is in great shape. We were able to celebrate Christmas with our large family in this unit because it had more seating than any of the other units that we rented for our reunion.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 2+ weeks at Napili at this well maintained property. Would have no problem recommending to others.
Sad to see the desolate area that was the thriving little town of Lahaina. So much was lost here.
We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo. It had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Updated kitchen was equipped very well and also had updated bath. Terry, the owner, was great to communicate with. We especially enjoyed having breakfast and snacks on the balcony with a lovely view of the ocean and Napili Bay beach, which is just a 5 minute walk on the path.
Don’t miss the macadamia nut pancakes at The Gazebo restaurant that’s on site-they’re heavenly.

We had the best stay at Napili Shores. Our condo was perfect with a view of the. Gazebo and ocean. We loved hearing the trade winds. We opted out of a rental car and took the bus wherever we wanted to go. It’s free for seniors and always on time. H264 was the best.

Terry is very easy to communicate with and wants you to have a wonderful stay. We were able to see whales breaching from our lanai! Can’t wait to go again.

So enjoyed your condo and the kitchen had everything you would need. Beautiful views and easy access to Napili Bay. Snorkeled almost every day at the south side of Bay and so many turtles. Because of fire, west side of island was very quiet during our visit. Most businesses that were closed during our visit, were reopening on November 1.

This unit was everything we could have wanted if the wind storm and fires in Lahaina hadn't happened. We would definitely rent again!
Beautiful view, just as pictured. All the comforts of home. I love the Napili area, much quieter than Kaanapali. Would recommend.
