My condo is in Kihei and is not impacted by the Lahaina Fires. All services are open on the Island except Lahaina town.

Welcome to my newly renovated, modest, tropical island retreat. The charming vacation condo is conveniently located in sunny Kihei, across from a stunning, white sand beach, Kamaole Beach Park II, a short 528-foot walk from the condo front door.

If you are looking for a convenient location, coupled with an affordable price, this is the place to be. The condo is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom that sleeps, two people.

The Kihei Kai Nani condominium complex, a magnificently-landscaped, low-rise condominium resort on the leeward, dry side of Maui, is the perfect place for a relaxing and fun-packed vacation.

Great for a romantic getaway and vacation, the designer-decorated interior features cool tile floors, ceiling fans, and a Polynesian theme. Comfortable furnishings from all over the world provide the look and feel of a time gone by in a South Seas haven. Just outside are lush flower gardens and palm trees that are home to colorful tropical songbirds.

The bathroom and kitchen are renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, tile, and fixtures. They are clean and functional, and the rental price and location make all the difference.

After a day of swimming, surfing, or relaxing on the beach, stroll to the many nearby shops and restaurants. Dine out at over ten locations nearby pick up-up groceries without having to get in your car at the local Hawaiian Moon Natural Foods, just a short 352 yards walk from the condo door.

You can prepare your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. All of the tools and utensils needed to make the most elegant meals are provided. Several outdoor gas barbecues are available, two just a few feet outside the condo door. Cook at home and enjoy twilight dining on the lanai, a perfect setting to enjoy a tropical evening in paradise.

The large swimming pool with a lounging deck nearby (approximately 150 feet) is paths, parks, and beaches for walking, jogging, and cycling. Secluded beaches for snorkeling and sunbathing are just minutes away, walking and by car, as well as several golf courses such as the world-renowned Wailea Golf Club. To unwind and pamper yourself, there is the Wailea Massage and Body Care.

The condo was perfect and clean. We had a wonderful time here. Everything was close by and easy to get to. The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed a luau, and also a sunset dinner cruise.

East check-in/out. Clean and had EVERyThInG needed to stay a week. So nice to have a washer and plenty of hangers to wash and air dry. Beach chairs were convenient in addition to the complex clean water rinse off hose. Friendly front office staff and literally across the street from beach access. Air conditioner in living room was great. Only wished for one in the bedroom. Realized quickly no other unit had that either so we slept with two fans and minimal or no clothing. Comfy bed and plenty of towels and bedding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this VRBO! Everything was very close and driving along the beach was a pure joy for longer trips. Maui Strong! Mahalo!

This condo was lovely, location is perfect, easy drive from airport and close to shops and food as well as the beach! The whole complex was very chill and well equipped. Perfect for my wife and I. Wi-Fi was strong and fast and kitchen was well equipped for the few times we made breakfast.

We loved the location- close to beach and restaurants, shops, food trucks and supermarkets. Kihei is a great location if you enjoy walking. The condo is well furnished- even with beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely come again.

The Condo is in South Kihei, not too far from anything it is very central and just across from one of the the Kamaole Beach Parks. Close to any shopping including groceries if needed. The Condo is Located at the back of the resort away from the road noise but unfortunately not far enough away from the noisy abundant Roosters, who by the way were very loud throughout the night and between them and the early sunrise you were up bright and early around 4:30am. Parking is very abundant and close to the Condo. The Lanai is has a nice area for your morning coffee. And you can hand wet clothes if needed. The bedroom is very hot, it has a ceiling fan which is no help for the heat and needs either darker drapes to help keep the sun out or extra a/c. The living area and Kitchen had been re-done and looked very nice, the Kitchen was perfect, it was well stocked with everything you needed. It was also supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and supplies for the pool too. Overall we were comfortable. There was a few things that need some attention, the washing machine needs a deep clean… the bathroom fan is thick with dust although I did get some of it off. The shower doors need a good clean and the floors. Also the steam mop was left with a dirty mop head on and a very loose handle no tools to tighten it, I did take the mop head off and wash it. The TV changer does not work very good and has a mind of its own. Over all we enjoyed our stay and had an Amazing time. TY

Thank you for a lovely stay. The property is well maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen is probably the best stocked with every imaginable cooking requirement than any other place we have stayed at. Enjoyed our stay and hope to visit in years to come.

We had an AMAZING time! We absolutely loved Melodie’s property and the proximity of the condo to everything in Kihei! We could walk everywhere and relax on the patio on beautiful evenings! The condo is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed! Thank you for everything, Melodie! We hope to be back for another Maui adventure!

Great location and kitchen well equipped kitchen. Excellent for long stays. Mattress should be better.
