Beautifully decorated, great location close to lots of restaurants and beaches within 2-10 minutes. Susan was an excellent host, very responsive and kind! Such a bonus to have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and a boogie board!

The condo was very nice. Only complaint was the air conditioner in the king bedroom was very loud and made difficult to sleep.
My husband and teenage daughter and I spent a week at this condo and truly enjoyed our stay. The host Susan was great to work with and even took time to give us some tips as it was our first visit to Maui. The condo was clean and well decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs, a cooler and snorkel gear. The resort was beautifully well kept with bbq’s and common areas. We enjoyed walking down to the beach on the well kept grounds. The resort was quiet and very well suited for families and seniors. The location is very central and perfect for exploring the island. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again.
This is a great condo and have everything you need if you staying with family, walk to beach full of turtles in the evening, great swimming pool and hot tub, not much around within a walking distance but if you have a car that’s shouldn’t be a problem!
My husband, my mother, and I had a wonderful stay at the Maui Sunset. Susan was an incredibly responsive host who promptly assisted us with any issues that arose. The property is perfectly situated next to the beach, and on our first day, we even spotted turtles nearby! Our stay was both memorable and comfortable, and I highly recommend this property.

We had two couples vacationing and landed on this property. The previous guests, trashed it and left, but Susan pulled in extra cleaners to get it ship shape and on time. We had all we needed and more at our disposal. A great property and a great hostess!

Place was conveniently located, wall ac units in each room, one of them shut off intermittently and had to be restarted manually. Host communicated well though we had to buy our own meat thermometer. Floor was swept but not mopped prior to our stay because we took off our shoes and our feet got dirty instantly. Overall enjoyed the stay. Just some tips for future guests. Also bring your own Kuerig cups :)
Very well equipped. Everything you need for the pool or the beach or just traveling around. We used the supplied cooler every day. We had another property booked and they cancelled the night before we arrived. Hosts we very good at accommodating us at the last minute.

Perfect place for a family of 5. The beach gear provided really made our trip. The umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, snorkels, cooler, ice packs, beach toys allowed us to explore the beaches and area in comfort. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hope to stay here again.

The condo was clean and as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc…. Great location in Kihei. the South Maui Gardens food trucks (10 min drive) is an excellent place for lunch or dinner. The condo pool and common area were very nice. The 6 bbq grills by the pool were cleaned daily.
The only con that I saw was that the two tennis courts were run down with large cracks on the playing surface.
We definitely would stay here again.

We stayed for five nights and the condo was perfect for our needs. The complex is well maintained and the pool/jacuzzi are a decent size. The condo had everything we needed, including beach towels and snorkel gear. When we had an issue with the lock on the door, the owner was quick to respond and fix the problem. We would definitely stay here again.
The condo was very accomodating with all the amenities needed. Make sure to bag all open foods, if left out on the counter, you will attract these tiny ants. Parking lot is spacious, sometimes trying to exit, depending on time, can be timely due to traffic on the busy one lane road . All in all, very nice and relaxing place with nice people.

10/10. So many positive things to say about this condo. Location was great, accessibility and parking was easy, super close to the beach and so many things around too. The condo itself was well well equipped with plates, utensils, both regular and k-pod coffee maker, ice trays and the ice maker kicked butt too. There were chairs to use at the beach, beach towels, small cooler to pack drinks, snorkeling gear (we didn’t have time to use) and even kid bowls and utensils for our 1.5 year old to use. A very clean and well equipped condo with a great view, friendly people on the property and close to a lot of places. The island is great all over and we were very happy with this condo.
Great location! Near several restaurants and coffee shops. Pool was super nice 8 ft on the deep end my teenagers really appreciated this! Clean condo, comfortable beds. Beach towels, coolers, tennis racquets in the unit. Thank you we enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, very beautiful unit. Comes with washer/dryer/AC, and plenty of beach equipment. A communal pool + hot tub shared by the complex. Balcony does not have the most direct view of the ocean, but it overlooks very well-kept grounds. Within walking distance (5 min) to multiple Kihei beaches.
The unit was clean, it had everything we needed and then some. My wife is very picky and loved it. The only complaint is the tv was hard to figure out.
We want to stay there again! Thank the owner for sharing their place with us
