Fully furnished newly painted top floor 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom condo with all of the amenities of home. Newer full size refrigerator w/ice maker, newer dishwasher, newer carpet throughout, leather couch, stove/oven, new microwave, fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, and accessories.
The bathroom was just fully remodeled down the the studs, completed 10/19/2021. With brand new full length tiled shower, new vanity/sink/mirror, new toilet, and all new fittings.
We have a spacious bedroom with a newer king bed, and ceiling fan. A 3-fold cushion is in the closet as well as a queen air mattress for use by 3rd/4th person. Plenty of closet space to hang your clothes. A 43in Samsung Smart TV is in the bedroom.
Living room features a large table with seating for four. leather couch and two additional chairs, along with a ceiling fan, moveable rotating fan, and 2 portable fans. 70" Samsung Smart, Cable TV with hundreds of channels, channel 800+ for music, (Netflix/Amazon Prime/Roku/Pandora ready). Free wifi, and free parking. Balcony with 4 new deck chairs and a new table. Both elevators, one close to our unit, have just been completely refurbished and made very quiet, so either one will quickly bring you up to the fourth floor!
Kahana Reef is located near some of the best beaches in the world, and less than 10 minutes away from award winning golf courses like Kapalua and Kaanapali. There are many great restaurants nearby, only 7 minutes drive to Kapalua and Kaanapali, 10-15 minutes to Lahaina.
Note that bikes, surfboards, paddle-boards, kayaks are not allowed in the unit under any circumstances. There is a bike rack and board rack at the north end of the property and you can lock your bike/board to the rack during your stay. Please observe no shoes/sandals rule while inside condo, and please leave the window louvers open to the patio.
Kahana Reef does not allow air conditioning. However, the trade winds are usually strong and once the bedroom windows are opened a nice breeze flows continuously thru our condo. 4 fans: the bedroom and living rooms have a ceiling fan and we have 2 portable fans. The unit is not ADA compliant.

Ps, there is a heated pool, but Not a Hot Tub.
Still, soooooo worth it! Would Definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love Kahana Reef. It is the perfect location: close to restaurants and shopping, gorgeous sunsets, whale and turtle watching. We love sitting on the lanai overlooking the ocean. It is absolutely a magical place!

…nice location, easy access from parking via elevator to top floor, corner unit with perfect ocean front views of whales and turtles. Well maintained common areas and use of bbq was great. Good value for Maui but kitchen cabinets need update and deep cleaning or paint of floors/baseboards. Bed was big but very hard and went home with sore neck/back..that is main issue for our stay, if any. Would come again, especially if kitchen and mattress updated.

We loved our stay at the Kahana Reef! The location was great, the condo was immaculate and the lanai was perfect for whale watching. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We would definitely love to stay here again someday!

The listing was very accurate - everything was as stated in the details. The condo was clean and well-cared for, and everything was in working condition! We went in February, which is prime whale-watching season, and we were able to watch whales from the balcony!! It was incredible!! There is no AC (which is disclosed in the listing), but we honestly did not need it because of the fantastic trade winds blowing through from the patio to the bedroom! We will definitely stay here again...the host/agent was very informative and communicated very well! Mahalo!!

Clean, roomy, nice remodeled bathroom. Enjoyed carpeted lanai for breakfast and dinners viewing the whales and turtles. Many activities available in surrounding area. Best meal this visit Leilani’s.

This place was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony/porch was stunning!
There were beach towels and chairs available at the rental. A parking pass allowed parking right next to the building. This is a 4th floor suite that is right next to the elevator for very easy access. We would stay here again!

Second time staying in this condo. Always clean, stocked with what we need and close to the Kahekilli beach which is our favorite! Great view, last two days there was a rainbow in the morning. Can’t get any closer to the elevator. We will be back!
