This luxury oceanfront condo overlooking White Sands Beach is just steps away from the sand and water. It has spectacular ocean views, with views of sunsets, whales, spinner dolphins, turtles, outrigger canoes and more. You can watch the beach action, boogie boarders, body surfers and surfing from inside your condo or from your private wrap around lanai. You may even see the 'green flash' at sunset.
Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your private lanai. Dine inside or on the lanai. This condo has a master bedroom with cable TV and private bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer is located in master bath too. Guest bedroom has 2 twins, guest bath has tub/shower. Living room has cable TV with DVD/VCR, stereo and a couch that converts to a queen size bed. Free wireless internet. All linens are supplied. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook any meal. The complex has a beautiful pool, with hot tub/Jacuzzi, a game room with pool table, tennis courts and bbqs by the pool area with tables and chairs to dine. No diapers of any kind are allowed in the pool. There is a plastic kiddie pool for children still in diapers. There is limited capacity for the pool during the covid pandemic. Four people or one family of more than four are allowed in the pool at a time. You must sign up for the pool use as well.
This well appointed NON-SMOKING condo is only 3 1/2 miles from restaurants and shopping in the Historic Kona village and 1 mile from Kahaluu the best snorkeling beach on the island. Keahou Shopping Center with quaint shops, KTA grocery, Longs, medical care and Regal Theaters is only 5 minutes away. Local Farmers Markets are close by, so you can pick up fresh local fruits and vegetables, coffee and crafts. Golfing at the Kona Country Club is only 5 minutes away. North Coast golf courses, King Shops and Hapuna Beach are only 40 minutes away. Our central location makes it easy to enjoy all the fun things to see and do on the Big Island. This was probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect in Kona right across the street from the beach with a view of the waves from the lanai. It was very clean and stocked with absolutely everything we needed. All the kitchen and bathroom basics were there, but also beach gear such as chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear. It was so great to have all of that at our fingertips as we headed out to explore the island. My only suggestion would be to add a beach umbrella as there is no shade at any of the beaches. Having the ability to do laundry was great, as well as the central air. The wraparound lanai was amazing and there were plenty of comfy chairs for lounging and looking at the view.

This condo has light colors throughout the living and kitchen area with light flooding in from slider doors covering most of two sides of the living / dining area walls.The expansive covered lanai surrounds the living area and primary bedroom with the front facing ocean view across the street or landscaping to the side. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and the entire condo was very clean. The air conditioning served the entire condo. The owner responded to my question on wifi within minutes. The description points out this unit isn’t ADA equipped so not for those needing higher toilets or grab bars. The primary bath shower is low entry and large and the steep stairs by the unit can be avoided by using the elevator and outdoor carpeted walkway but does involve 10 steps with sturdy hand rails. The entire condo buildings and grounds are very well maintained with the pool area surrounded by lush landscaping, The location provides easy access to the main highway and the Keauhou Shopping Center with a KTA grocery store and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would stay again!
